Nice overall service
Nice overall service. Marius (sales) made the whole process a pleasure. Good car selection in the lot. We chose the HS PHEV Trophy and we are so happy with this, especially considering we have been strictly Audi for the past 20 years and so can make a good comparison between the two brands.

Dealt with Marius who assisted greatly with my research regarding the purchase of an MG HS Trophy. Clearly explained and offered a variety of finance options that were all feasible options. Fully understood and accepted my decision that I wanted to delay a purchase until later in the year. Will definitely go back later in the year and hopefully do a good deal.

Majorly disappointed
Really disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I bought my car from another dealer but any service work has to go to MG. It has been in twice since I got the car (July 2025.) The person I have been speaking to has been rude in person and the way I have been spoken to is not how you talk to people you want to
provide good service to. They are refusing to say what is wrong with my car and can’t do anything about it, despite there being photo evidence. My case has now been passed to another advisor without me being told and all emails have been ignored. This is not the first time. Really unhappy with the service i’ve been provided, especially for the amount I pay each month.
