Buying my brand new MG ZS!
I brought my MG ZS yesterday and was dealt with Marius and Sheila. They was both absolutely incredible in helping me getting the right car for me and my fiancé’s needs and wants. Made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door and couldn’t have been happier with the service they showed us! Couldn’t of asked of anything better and we are over the moon with the car so thank you for everything you both did!

Brilliant
I went to look for the cars and I just couldn't resist to buy MG that was exactly what I always wanted. James was brilliant he explained everything to me especially I don't know much about cars. He was patient with me and he was so helpful. That was first time in my life when I bought car by myself and James he was amazing to help me choose the right one and didn't push for highest spec model he listen what I want and he make me feel that this one was a perfect choice for me. I am so happy with service and engaging conversation.

Great service from Richmond MG, Guildford
Great experience buying my new car! Marius Mockus the sales executive could not have been more helpful at every stage of the process of purchasing my new MG HS Hybrid Plus. Great experience
From my initial inquiry to getting the car, communication was quite good. I had worries about buying a used car with my budget as I had read horror stories about after sale nightmares. Marius in particular was very helpful, patient with my queries and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better representative as he found me a deal within my budget and in a short space of time. Other members of the team were always willing to assist if he was off duty. I have only had the car for a few weeks and so far I don't have complaints. As they are an approved dealership, I feel I am in good hands if ever there is an issue based on my current experience. Thank you Marius and the team! Highly recommend.

Marius was great at helping me find the perfect car, not at all pushy like previous car sellers I've dealt with and when the car I wanted wasn't available he sourced a car that was even better than the one I had previously seen. All transactions were smooth and I came away very happy with my new car - thank you again!

Brilliant Customer Service
Following on from my initial call to MG Richmond on the 29th December 2025. The service I have received to get the damaged repaired to my car has been exceptional. Dave White from MG's base in Hampshire in particular has been a star. To the point where he came to my house on a Sunday morning to complete the work required. The attention to detail, to levels of communication shows this company really care's about their customers and the level of service they are striving to deliver. I was very impressed when I purchased my MG through them 18 months ago. But after the last 10 days, they have exceed that and more. Many thanks.
