Quick delivery and well packaged as always

Fine selection of fish for pie. Used the accompanying recipe which was easy to follow and delivered a delicious fish pie.

Delivered on time and contents were exactly as ordered.

The only issue was that the outer packaging was split, fortunately the inner packaging was still intact so the contents were fine.

The gift box packaging is damaged unfortunately.

Excellent! The fish was beautifully prepared - no grit in the scallops or shell in the crab!! It arrived exactly on time and tasted quite sublime. I loved the way it came with sauces and hazelnut butter etc. Mildly disappointed that the mayo and hot and sour sauce didnt come - but Id missed on the website that I was warned!! Didnt prevent a 5* rating - SO perfect.

My friend and I had a lovely (fish and chips) lunch at the Sandbanks restaurant today. We've been several times before and it's always a fabulous experience. Special shout out to charming/efficient Yash who looked after us wonderfully. We can't wait to return. Thank-you.

Items were very well packaged and in excellent condition

All the items in the lovers fish hamper were so fresh and individually packed with several ice pouches in the parcel. I would this hamper to all fish movers.

Great service quality product

DVD left my frozen fish on a neighbour's doorstep. The driver didn't think of phoning me. I was in all day. The last time I used your service DVD could not find my house and returned my lobsters to base.

The scallops were delicious and had helpful cooking instructions. The crab was also incredible and we decadently had it in a sour dough sandwich with rocket and mayonnaise. The Goan curry with hake was also easy to make and tasty albeit quite hot for me. I think I maybe would use a little less of the curry paste next time. Overall a real treat.

The ordering was simple. It came so quickly, 2 days! Absolutely love the jug.

I was disappointed with the fish box overall. The oysters were delivered 3/4 days after despatch date, meaning we did not trust to eat raw. The curry sauce was not a good flavour and ruined the hake. I feel I would have been more satisfied without the extras that should have been convenient but didn’t deliver in flavour - should just keep to providing good quality fish.

Absolutely perfect fish very fresh on receipt and delious excellent service

It was delivered quickly and it was very tasty, but the oysters (when eaten raw) turned out to have very dire consequences for my wife. Not assigning any blame, just a statement of fact. Would use again but not for the consumption of raw fish.

I am not very experienced at cooking fish, so Valentines was probably not the time to try. BUT the Hake I ordered made it so simple. The fish was so fresh and beautifully packaged and having got the RS recipe online it was fabulous so huge thank you. Will be ordering again.
