Service client 0

Je paye plus de 2000€ par an depuis des années, et je me retrouve en période de fête avec un imprimante dysfonctionnelle, 4 interventions, mais ce qui est le plus frustrant c'est la difficulté à joindre une personne compétente et concernée par notre problème. A la place de cela, je suis facturée de 80 centimes par minutes à chacun de mes appels, et chaque personne "je ne peux rien faire à mon niveau" ou "je ne m’occupe pas de ça moi". C'est quand même incroyable d'avoir un soucis du client aussi faible. AUCUNE solution de remplacement proposée, aucune pro-activité dans la gestion du litige, et aucun dédommagement proposé bien évidemment. Mon problème n'est toujours pas solutionné.
