Hi Patricia, I'm so sorry you experienced this, but it wasn't with our business. Luckily we use a phone system that logs all incoming and outgoing calls, and when searching using the phone number on your account, not a single record of an incoming call or voice mail was found.
What we did find however, were email communications:

Fantastic Service and Follow Up
Great experience getting fitted in Wellington - great explanations on why a particular brand was good or not good for my shape, how the vest should feel, and things to think about. I own my own tack shop and confidently recommend Ride Equisafe for the their expertise to our own customers as well. Safety before all else and the Ride Equisafe team have invested considerable time in researching the best. Thank you!
