Quality and service pales in comparison to other Merino retailers
I bought two pair of tencel/merino joggers, one for myself and one for my daughter last spring. Mine developed a rip caused by fabric pulling apart. What a headache to resolve. Instead of handling it through a streamlined warranty process (like Icebreaker), they had me ship it to them through USPS for their repair person to sew it. Took over a month for me to get it back. The repair was so shoddy I told them I couldn't accept it. They then had me resend the same pants back and sent me a new pair. Now my daughter's is literally coming apart at one of the seams. I emailed them 5 days ago (2 weekend days, over 3 full business days). Nothing. Radio silence. Not what I expected for quality or customer service. I think Ridge Merino has lost my family as customers unless they step up their service.

Best wool hoodies....EVER. Anyone reading my reviews will see that I have a thing for wool clothing. I love well made merino wool stuff. I especially love Ridge Merino's hoodies, great colors, great fit, well made if you follow the care instructions.
