Very disappointed
I had initially looked online to check about free returns and hadn’t noticed at the bottom of message it said not applicable to NI. My delivery of three pairs of trainors arrived today, the box is ripped open and the shoe boxes are slightly damaged. I kniw this isn’t the fault of company, just DPD. One pair fits and the others are too big and feel hard. It turns out DPD don’t have a place anywhere in NI for me to drop them off and Reiker don’t allow a free return label to be used either which just seems so unfair. Much as I usually wear Rieker and was looking for an online store as my local shoe shop has just closed down I just won’t be purchasing from them again. Tried the online chat for some assistance and it was
off-line and no telephone number anywhere either so if you have a problem you are very much left on your own.

Problem within hours of purchase with…
Problem within hours of purchase with glue holding the inner sole.
After that, there was incredibly fast wear on the soles with little walking. Beyond economical repair due to the shoes design.
On the positive side, they were comfortable to wear.

Have often bought Reiker products
Have often bought Reiker products, they fit my feet perfectly, so comfortable, love their different styles as they are so funky and different. Bought a couple of pairs of trainers online, one pair I needed a smaller size so ordered those which were delivered in a couple of days and returned the other pair. My return was authorised in a couple of days and a refund was paid back immediately. Can’t fault them 🤩

The shoes arrived promptly and postage costs were included in the price. No problem with the service. Sadly the shoes are rather hard and not as comfortable as I was hoping for.

lack of fit, no box, no refund
i was surprised at the lack of fit of the glossy pair of trainers i bought, red and black. last 2 times i have ordered Rieker from sales and they have not fit well. the look was great but the shoe literally came off from the back but was tight in the sides when i tried it on and walked about in the house. however, i have had good experiences with Rieker shoes and it was bin day when they arrived and i binned the boxes. bad idea. i returned them in the bigger box but they sent both shoes back because they were not in their individual boxes. i feel cheated to the tune of £100 and useless shoes which I will have to give to charity.
Your reply of wanting to resell the same shoes...well, tose shoes are duds and you have taken a £100 already from me so you have not lost anything. all in win for you. i am glad there is some decency left with other retailers.

Regarding your return, our returns policy does require items to be returned in their original packaging, including individual shoe boxes, as this is part of the condition in which they were supplied. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds when items are not returned in their original packaging, as this can affect resale.
We do appreciate that this may be frustrating, particularly as you have previously had positive experiences with Rieker footwear
