Items are great quality and love them.
However shipping delays are ridiculous
Over a month and still each week the expected arrival date is a week later.
Half the items were a gift that it us pointless to receive now.
I will definitely be purchasing more from Rifle Paper Co! I have bought small things here and there (notebooks, pens, phone cases, etc.) but recently dove into their home decor collection. I bought 2 large rugs from their collaboration with Loloi and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
One of the rugs was perfect straight off the bat, but the second one had some imperfections upon arrival. RPC’s customer service team did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make things right.
Can’t wait to decorate my new home with more Rifle Paper Co art - maybe I’ll wallpaper my dining room next!
I was not prompted to write this review in any way, I was just really impressed with the way they handled things and the quality of their product.
Purchased wallpaper. Each roll started at a different spot, and not the same place on the repeat. This means A LOT of extra paper is needed and a lot is wasted. Additional costs incurred as the installer couldn't finish the job and has to come back an extra time. This practice is NOT industry standard. Every roll should start at the same place.
I ordered a set of rugs from Rifle. One was back ordered and the one I did receive was FRAYED! I sent pictures as directed in an email and never heard one word. BUYER BEWARE
Purchased rugs that never showed up after 2 months and with an extra $50 drop shipping charge. 3 Emails and a phone call later I get a response that says “sorry there is a problem, let us know how we can help.” You respond and they never reply back-so 3 calls later, I find out the rugs aren’t being made anymore so they can’t send them. Then I order wallpaper and when I receive, it’s completely wrong-not even Rifle but Candice Olsen, now I’m in the same customer “service” vortex as before. 4 outreaches with no response. While their designs inspire so much joy and happiness, their business practices are completely opposite. So frustrating and disappointing.
SLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW shipping. If I had known how slow they ship, I would have never purchased. It would have been easier (and cheaper) to go to the local card store. Totally understand its the holidays and shipping can be slow but still waiting to get a response after a week+ for shipping status. Never again.
The dispatch time is very long. it took 3 weeks for them to dispatch my order of 3 items. (ordered 6th November received 25th November). so I recommend ordering way in advance for Christmas/ birthdays.
Aside from the very long wait, I was very pleased when I opened the box. very nice packaging. I very much like the items I bought, lovely designs and I will consider buying from them again, even considering how long I have to wait.
Side note: customer service isn't very helpful, I asked
after a week of no dispatch, where my items were and customer service just reiterated that it hadn't been dispatched yet... not great.
I ordered their peel and stick wallpaper. Nowhere in the description did it mention that the wallpaper would not stick to plaster walls. I spent hours putting it up with my daughter and husband just for it to start falling down within 24 hours. I kept fixing it for a few weeks until one day it fell in on itself and ripped as I tried to pull it apart. When I wrote Rifle Paper Co. asking for help because nowhere in all of the information I read on the page did it explain that it could not be used on plaster walls, their response was to point me to another page on their website and "industry standards" and give me 30% off a new order. Unfortunately, I had already flushed $260 and several hours of hard work down the drain. That is a significant amount of money and any other company would have tried to make it right.
I ordered wall paper back in January and I have still yet to receive it. I was originally told that it would ship mid March and then it was delayed to mid April and then pushed to end of April and I was just notified that it's pushed once again (surprise surprise) to middle of May. That's 5 whole months for 4 rolls of wallpaper. It's absolutely pathetic. They need get their supply chain and shipping figured out. And you can even talk to a blessed human being.
Poor response time to inquiries and very, very slow shipping. If you want Rifle products for Christmas, you'd better order in August, because it just may take that long. I ordered some customized stationery and it took more than two months to get it. The proof took weeks, and after I approved it, I had to send e-mail after e-mail asking about the status. I finally got a reply that apologized for the holdup and promised "upgraded shipping," which didn't happen. It was another three weeks after that that the stationery finally arrived--in a flimsy, tacky plastic box that had been crushed in transit. Maybe I'm a dreamer, but I just expect more from companies (like this one) that charge very high prices for their products.
Worst online company I’ve ever done business with. Have had many terrible experiences. The latest? I ordered a print and a pet leash on 7/5. I finally wrote them around 7/20 asking whereabouts my order was. No response. A few days later I get a generic email saying my order had been shipped. Finally, around 2 weeks later my postman shows up with a beaten up package saying he can deliver it for another $11 because the company had not paid the proper postage. I said no thanks and immediately wrote Rifle Paper. No response. I asked them to go ahead and cancel but never heard back. Today is 8/12 and I finally received my package- a little late. I have still to hear from them and their 5.5 week order. Needless to say, last time doing business with RP.0
I have place several orders with this company and had a delay delivery issue with just one. With Covid I understand this is happening with many other companies as well. I was informed via email regarding the the fulfillment delay and was offered a 25% off code on another purchase as a good faith gesture (which I did use). I love the quality of their products and will continue to order from this company.
