J.Riggin has exceptional service

J. Riggin & Associates has provided us with hosting for our telecommunication servers and an alert system for our on-call agents for over 5 years. We have been very happy with the service, and it was recently upgraded to include great new service they named VMAlerts. We can record all the messages and our after-hours voicemail with text-to-speech. We get an email as soon as a customer leaves a message, then it starts calling our on-call roster. When an agent accepts the task, the get a text message with the recording, a transcript and a clickable link to call the customer. Our Agents love it! Once an agent has accepted, we get an email with exactly what happened with each agent call. And the console provides instant, full control of everything and complete reporting, including downloads.

In addition, they customized the system to fit all our requests so we can keep all of our customers happy. Their support has been personal, fast and efficient. We highly recommend J. Riggin & Associates hosting, telecommunication systems, VMAlerts and other services.
