Seemed nice at first; went to view two rooms but the property wasn't right for me so Bilal sent me videos and pricing for a different one.

Was interested in the second property but had questions. I wanted written answers and said so but Bilal kept repeatedly calling instead. He repeatedly ignored my request for written answers.

I found somewhere else to live instead as I couldn't trust any issues would actually be raised in the future had I actually moved in. It also meant I couldn't trust anything mentioned at the viewing was actually true.

Bilal is the greatest agent I’ve ever met. As a first time renter in London, I felt invisible and overwhelmed. But from our very first viewing in Canary Wharf, Bilal treated me like I mattered. He is well spoken, calm, and steady presence when I was falling apart. He listened to my fears, respected my budget, and fought for my wants and needs as if they were his own. The process wasn't just smooth it was humane, because he made it so.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that this business used photographs of my property in their advertising without permission.

The images were taken from my original work, altered using AI, and presented as their own.

This is misleading, unprofessional, and raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency.

If a company is willing to use stolen and artificially manipulated images to promote their services, it makes you question what else they’re not being upfront about. I would strongly recommend exercising caution.

I had a few viewings booked in with them and it was a really pleasant experience. Everything was conducted on time and all concerns were catered to. My agent Bilal was really friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the viewing and made it evident that getting the right property to the tenant comes before everything.
