We booked 2 months before trip
We booked 2 months before trip. Pd 104.00 Used trsnspro in Galveston tx. We called transpro to verify We were going date and time. We never received a email. We had to call to get email from rightway. We called again to let them know. We get to transpro the next morning. We were charged 25 cash because we didn't call 24 hrs. But we did. We get back from trip. We were told that we only pd 1 way. That they didn't have to come get us and we were at their mercy when they wanted to come get us. We had to pay to get a ride back to our car thats on their lot. We will never transpro again. DONT USE TRANSPRO IN GALVESTON TX. THEY BOTH STINK.
