First, I would love to mention that the price is quite reasonable for the length and style of the dress. Typically I cannot find anything like it for under 120 usd!!!
Second, the actual purchase process and website was quite smooth. I have yet to try the app.
Third, I hadn't received my package but the tracking updates are quite nice and speedy.

Clothes are lovely and process of ordering is efficient. But be aware that sizing is a bit problematic. A medium size is a size 6/8 and a large ia a 10. Also, frustratingly, delivery is very long. I ordered on 17 April and apparently my order is still somewhere in Hong Kong - a shame because I am really excited to receive it.

I’d had my eye on this brand for quite some time and I finally ordered a dress.
It’s absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. I was worried the finishing might be poor, but not at all. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well-made everything is. The fabric is lovely and soft, and it’s even lined!
The dress fits perfectly according to their size chart.

Extremely poor experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

The items received did not match expectations in terms of fit and quality. However, the worst part is the return and refund process. Customers are expected to pay expensive international shipping just to return unsuitable items, which is completely unreasonable.

The so-called “best offer” refund of USD 31.62 is unacceptable and feels like an attempt to minimize their responsibility. There is clearly no intention to provide a fair resolution to customers.

This company’s policies are not customer-friendly and create unnecessary hassle. It feels like once you’ve paid, you are left to deal with the consequences on your own.

Very disappointed with the entire experience. I will not be purchasing from this website again and would not recommend it to others.

I ordered several things from here for the first time. Although the shipping was just a mess and they kept having to resend my package and stuff, but overall I'm really happy with what I got! One shirt is a little wonky and just fits odd so I'm going to return it but other than that I got two dresses and two other shirts that are so cute and I love them! The quality is perhaps not the best ever but for the price it's very worth it. Some items I got were supposed to be cotton but are not but it's not that big of a deal. Overall recommend this place and would order again!

It was easy to purchase through the website. The items I ordered arrived quickly and were packaged well. I bought three dresses and they all looked as the pictures and fit well. However, the fabric is not the best quality. It's a bit light and see-through. Two of the dresses are still nice and I'm keeping them but the third one the fabric is just too synthetic and doesn't feel nice so I'm returning. Riohas is giving me many options to return the item and get reimbursed.

I wish the sizing on the swimwear tops had an option for which size is ideal based of off your bra size. That would make choosing a size much easier then having to measure yourself

I love everything. The only issue is that upon arriving, I must hem the waist part of the dresses because of my body shape. Other than that, I love this company, the affordability of the dresses, and attention to architectural detail of the dresses. Please keep it up as well as creating more unique dresses. I really like the creativity of the cape dress and the ribbon on the shoulders. The only reason why I did not get the cape dress is because the dress is short and I usually like to get midi dresses due to my strong soccer leg appearance (lol!). In addition, maybe you can make more dresses with long sleeves. Nevertheless, amazing!
