Im happy I can find Beautiful cotton clothing on your website. Also its hard for me to find clothing fitting my body type in regular stores. Rihoas is like a fresh air

The zipper came broken. It was a disaster. The quality is equal to Shein but the price triple as much. Never again, not suggesting it.

I asked for full refund along with product return with the label on of course but they only offer either replacement or credits for their products. Ridiculous, they should not be supported at all.

The shipment was unexpected. It took a while; there are no exact dates for when it will arrive. So when you order, make sure you won't need it ASAP.

But I'm at a loss for words when it comes to the product's quality. Feels classy and fancy when worn. I would order more in the future, that's for sure!

Put the wrong address in and immediately sent an email asking them to please help me change it , they were very prompt and helpful to change it for me , great customer service team

Liked the clothing and arrived in time. Only downside is it comes in several packages and is delivered by different companies which is not very nice if you are ordering several items.

They styles and sizing are very good, it has elegant and casual options, and the clothes almost always fit nice. Moreover the website and payment system are easy to use. However I don't like that in the sale category the percentage off and the original price are not shown. But overall I would recommend.

I wish it gave me an estimated delivery date. I need my clothes by a certain date and have no time to plan on

I loved the dresses, the delivery time was a little long.

The dresses fittings are so off. I am size M but each time I have to make returns and I end up losing money in the processes.
