Great from start to finish … we welcomed a very polite guy into our and was given all the information we needed to make us for at ease on our moving day, They arrived on time with many guys to get our move on the way, they handled our belongings with upmost care from start to finish.. I have already recommended to others ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant company I came across these guys online had them round to give me a quote to move my five bed property and was happy from start to finish. The packing went great and the loading was even better. Sat in his team were professional and friendly throughout the two days I will hundred percent use these guys again and will recommend to all my friends and family and to anyone looking for a good honest family run business.

We was looking for a removal company to move two of our offices into storage for three months whilst our offices were being renovated. One of our clients recommended Riight moves to us. We arranged a survey and met Sat (the services manager) in person from the get go we knew we will use his services. He answered all of our enquiries with out hesitation. We required a packing service as well as moving and storing both our offices. Riight moves made it look easy, moving delicate and very expensive equipment with pure professional. I would very highly advise that if you’re looking for a quality professional service pick the right company. Riight moves was not our cheapest quote but definitely the most experienced professionals we came across and will definitely use them to carry out all of our future moves.

I would highly recommend Riight Moves. The gentlemen were just that towards my Nan of 80 years old when she had to move from her flat to a sheltered accommodation. Both of us were very nervous about the move but the guys took all our stresses away and was so organised/ professional about the whole process. They treated my Nan like she was their mum and made sure that she was comfortable with the set up of her new home before they left. If you want a move with guaranteed security then these guys are definitely the way to go!

We recently used Riight Moves for our move from a 4 bedroom property and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

With a wife and two young children, moving can be incredibly stressful but the removal guys made the whole process seem completely effortless from start to finish. The kids also really enjoyed the experience The team managed to make it very fun for them. They packed our entire home including all fragile items and wrapped our furniture efficiently and carefully to ensure no damage was caused. Everything arrived exactly as it should and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding.

One of the main reasons we chose Riight Moves was because they are a local family run business which really showed in the way they treated us and our belongings. Interestingly when leaving this review I came across some negative feedback online which I honestly find very difficult to believe based on our experience. Our move was smooth well-organised and handled with care throughout.

Truth be told we’re actually glad we didn’t see those reviews before booking as they may have put us off and led us to choose another company but we went with our gut feeling especially after meeting Sat face to face. That would have been a huge mistake. We are extremely happy that we went with Riight Moves as they did everything they said they would and more. Sat managed the move from the very beginning which you can see is the back bone of their business.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Riight Moves to all our friends and family. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful day such a positive experience.

Hidden charges despite them doing a home visit to assess everything, our belongings were held hostage and more money demanded (it seems this happens to quite a few customers). Damaged furniture, damaged walls and ceilings and some furniture was not put back together properly. Van not big enough despite them seeing all of our possessions in advance, and therefore terribly packed. We were also asked to leave some stuff behind. Sat was friendly to begin with but is not trustworthy. Avoid.

If i could leave a minus review i would! Total fraudsters! Had to pay double the price when they got to the new house or they would not let us have our belongings! Lots of damaged goods when they were finally unloaded. I would never recommend this company. Avoid like the plague!

Just want to say so thanks to riight moves. The move i had was a big move. Very big furniture and I have a very narrow stairwell they moved the stuff down the stairs very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and did a fantastic job. Sat and the boys did everything possible to make sure the move went smooth. Can't recommend this company enough . I' have moved a few times before but with this company there was no headache as they knew what they was doing and left me feeling calm and relaxed during the whole move. Thank you riight moves.

I couldn't give zero stars so gave 1 but this company isn't worth the 1.

When you are moving home and your worldly possessions of 30 years you of course look for a removal company that come and view the property and provide you with a quote. I did this and Sat came checked my home, reviewed the contents including two sheds, loft and master bedroom with the contents from all the units from a fitted bedroom. I was given a quote of between £1900 and £2000 and was told I would receive an email with the quotation details.

The quotation gave a breakdown of what would be included and the cost would be £1900 inc vat. This required a deposit of £600 which we paid.
I felt assured that choosing this company was the riight move.

Sat decided that the best way to complete the move would be to do this in 2 parts, they arrived the day before our official move and immediately we could see the van that arrived would never fit our belongings. The team went ahead and started filling the van bear in mind the weather was horrendous no covers were placed on the flooring to protect my carpets consequently they got dirty very quickly as an after thought they decided to put very grubby covers down. My sofa was not wrapped as stated on the quotation nor was any of my dinning room chairs.
Quickly the van was filled and there were still all the garden furniture, two beds and all the kitchen items.
They left and advised they would return the next morning the day of our move with another van,

Day two and I had received a second invoice which was for £3785!!!!!!!!!!
This was stating that it was costing £600 for loading one day in advance and a second larger lorry to move additional items at £1600 plus £285 for extra packing materials even though I provided most of the bubble wrap, paper and tape.
On the day of our move our completion was slightly delayed and Riigtmoves sent me a further invoice trying to charge for waiting time with another cost of £600 which I refused to pay.

Moving home is a stressful time, choosing a removal firm is suppose to take some of that stress away from you. Riightmoves made it 150% worse for us on the day.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I have told so many friends, colleagues and anyone I come into contact with about this firm stay well away from them they are definite scammers!

If you are wanting to move from one small flat to the next in London you might be ok with this company just make sure you know it will all fit in one 3.5T van. If on the other hand you wish to move a family home with a lifetime of possessions, from one part of the country to the other I would advise you to follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you point out absolutely everything when the company comes to survey your home and I mean everything.
2. If possible get your possessions itemised and make use of your phone camera. Don’t agree anything verbally.

Riightmoves surveyed my home and quoted £1,900 to make the move and provide a ‘lorry large enough to move all items discussed’ They turned up with one 3.5T lorry and from the off it was very clear that all of our worldly possessions were never going to fit…

It’s a very long and boring story with a lot of ‘back and forth’ (repeated Riightmoves quote) about what they had initially agreed to do for us, a load of ‘professional’ disagreements about getting the rest of our stuff back and wanting to charge us an extra £2,283… Life is too short to go into all the details…

Professional service at an affordable price. We moved from London to Surrey with 3 weeks notice. Team visited site and provided timely quote along with c.50 boxes to assist with packing. Move day, team arrived promptly and took care of everything. Highly recommend.
