Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy, however we do feel it’s important to clarify the situation, as some of the points raised here are unfortunately incorrect.

As already explained to you via email, the models you purchased are supplied in plain black and come with separate sticker sets (blue and pink) which are designed to be applied during assembly. This is clearly how these models are manufactured and supplied, and the sticker sets were the only missing items. As soon as this was raised, we offered to send the missing sticker sets out to you.

In addition to this, as you confirmed you were unhappy to keep the items, we are already in the process of arranging collection of both buggies and issuing you a refund once they are returned. This has been communicated to you directly.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly, and in this case we offered both a solution and a full refund. We therefore feel this review does not accurately reflect the support provided or the steps taken to resolve the matter.

We have purchased a Quad fortress for…

We have purchased a Quad fortress for my son for Christmas. Everything seem brilliant until my son wanted to actually ride it.. 18 hours on charge, 10 minutes until battery died and I had to carry it back to the house... Sent many emails with no success of a reply. I understand it has been over the holiday period but still nothing other than saying '' has it been built correctly? here is a video on how to do it'' .
I ensure you it has been built properly and the battery is not holding charge. Waiting for live chat to come back on so I can get this sorted prior to the warranty running out!!

Please be assured that your warranty will not be affected while we’re actively assisting you with this issue. Our intention in asking about assembly was simply to rule out common causes as part of the diagnostic process, not to dismiss the problem.

Great company

Great company , we have purchased the quad fortress and the truck with trailer extra and it’s amazing my son is over the moon with it all. Battery on the quad didn’t work but the customer service was great and they reissued a new battery within a couple of days . Overall great company and products will certainly be buying again . Big thanks to Kayleigh for sorting my issue out so quickly .

Order a quad for my little boy for…

Order a quad for my little boy for Christmas paid the xtra for Eva wheels and upgrade seat, put together Christmas Eve wrong wheels and seat sent. Thought ok deal with it after Christmas until they are back open. Emailing back and forth without any luck wanted proof that the wheels etc where to wrong one proof provided and to top it off my son rode it for less than 5 minutes before
It went flat recharged it and same thing happened again, always use fun bike but thought I would try this company instead but would never order again from you definitely going back to fun bike from now on!

Terrible Company.

WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED A QUAD BIKE A 12V - 48V FOR MY GIRL A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND HADE NOTHING BUT ISSUSES WITH IT, FIRSTLY THE FRONT HEAD LIGHT KEPT BLOWING TO WHICH TO BE FAIR A NEW ONE WAS SENT, BUT THEN THAT BLEW AGAIN TO WHICH I WAS THEN IGNORED WHEN ASKING FOR ANOTHER AFTER ONLY A FEW WEEKS OF HAVING THE QUAD BIKE.
ALSO THE FOUR 12V BATTERY'S PROVIDED WITH THE QUAD WERE ALL CHEAP BATTERYS WHICH COST ME AN EXTRA £170 TO REPLACE AS ALL FOUR WERE COMPLETY DEAD OR DAMAGED BECAUSE IT HADE STOPPED CHARGING AND I COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY UNTIL I BOUGHT A BATTERY CHARGER TO TEST THEM & FIGURE THEM OUT THEY WERE ALL BELOW 7V SO BASICALLY RECYLED THEM,I DIDNT GET ANY REPLACEMENTS AS MY EMAIL'S WERE JUST BEING IGNORED AND THEY STILL ARE TO THIS DAY.
I NEVER HADE THE CHANCE TO LEAVE A REVIEW BUT NOW I FINALLY HAVE AS I SEE OTHER CUSTOMORS ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUSES HERE SO BETTER LATE THAN NEVER,

We’ve looked into this and have been able to locate your order, which dates back to 14 July 2023. As this purchase was made some time ago, it is unfortunately no longer within the warranty period, and batteries in particular are classed as consumable items and aren’t covered under warranty regardless. That said, we do appreciate how disappointing it must have been to encounter multiple issues and to feel unsupported at the time.

We’re sorry if you felt your emails went unanswered — that’s certainly not the experience we want any customer to have. While we can’t retrospectively change what’s happened, we would still like to help where possible.

As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer you a discount code towards replacement batteries, should this be of use to you, to help reduce the cost of getting things back up and running.

Will likely use again

Ordered a drift kart shortly before Christmas and was at my door in 3 days. Instructions were simple and thorough. My son loves the kart and hasn’t stopped using it. I was missing the Bluetooth component but one quick email to customer service and it was resolved. Customer service at its effective prime. Worth every penny and will likely use RiiRoo again.

Great buy!

I purchased two of the 24v Electric Dodgem Waltzers for my son (9) and daughter (8) for Christmas, and honestly, I’m not disappointed at all. They’re such nifty little things with surprisingly decent power. My kids picked them up really quickly and absolutely love them — they’re always giggling when they’re on them, which says it all. When I was looking to buy them, I could hardly find any reviews and felt like I was taking a chance, but I’m so glad I did because it really paid off. For the price, I’m more than impressed. My friends have already looked them up after seeing my kids on them, and they’re now waiting for them to come back in stock. Awful !

Awful !! 49cc Quad for Xmas broke leaking petrol .. The replacement chain snapped on its first use and now clutch is burning after 30 seconds of riding !!! Impossible to get hold of don’t reply to any messages Got a quad sitting here been unrideable since Xmas eve can’t expresss enough how bad this ruined Xmas and still can’t get a response to send the bloody thing back for a full refund !!!!

Bought a riiroo digger for my grandson for Christmas big big box had to assemble but opened the box packed well supprised to see rubber tracks assembled in 10 minutes easy to put together a bit big to carry out to my shed but was able to drive it out with the remote control all in all 10/10 for price, quality also worth mentioning is that I ordered it on the Sunday before Christmas and had it 2 days later

I’d like to commend Riiroo for their…

I’d like to commend Riiroo for their customer service. The issue I had was not with Riiroo but with the delivery partner. I emailed Riiroo after 4pm on a Friday not expecting a response until Monday. I had a reply from an actual person in 20 minutes and full ownership was taken and actions listed. In an era of automation and not being able to speak to service depts this was extremely welcome and appreciated.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I have bought over 6 cars and motorbikes never had a problem this Christmas order two cars one of them missing all the parts just the body work sent, got told it would be replaced on the 23 of December then to get a email asking me to check again for the parts on the 30 of December after already telling them they have not been sent and we was told a replacement being sent out witch was obviously a lie as you’re now saying the parts are not available what’s missing. You will have 2days from this being posted to get it picked up or will be getting burnt in the box and tagged all over your social media with the back story.

Will never use this company again.

To ensure we were giving you accurate information, we opened a brand-new, boxed unit of the same model and confirmed that all of the components you mentioned are present as standard.

That said, we are more than happy to send out any replacement parts if needed and to help get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. The delays you’ve experienced were unfortunately due to the Christmas period, when couriers and warehouses were operating with reduced capacity, and we are very sorry that this impacted the communication and timing.

Great product, fantastic customer service

We’ve had our ride on tractor for 2 years now. It’s been fantastic. My son has driven it all round the yard, fields and tracks. We’ve had to replace the accelerator and ignition switches in that time but the customer support has been great. Parts are cheap, easy to get and easy to fit. The ignition switch was even sent out for free, just before Christmas which meant I could get the tractor running in time for the holidays.
