I have ordered for several thousand euros in the last few years. Several times too few goods were delivered, and the last time, with an order of almost 2000 euros, around 400 euros of goods were missing without me being informed or the goods being forwarded to me.

Because of the corona regulations, I wasn't able to view the goods before acceptance, and with such a large order it's not reasonable to measure every single roll.

10 rolls of 10 m each were only 8 meters long on average, some even shorter.

In addition, the goods were not cut straight to the thread.
Partly up to 25 cm out of plumb.

Even the goods that are supposed to be 10 m long are several cm too short.

If I order 10 meters of goods, I assume that I will receive 10.05 meters of goods that have just been cut off.

My message to support was only answered sporadically and I still didn't get any help.
There are still about 20 running meters of goods missing.

In some cases you can read on the still wrapped fabric packages that they are too short.

I have submitted the delivery note and the labels from the goods and the support is still not coming towards me.

I've been writing back and forth for several weeks and there is no sign of any insight from Rijs Textiles.

I have colleagues who have had bad experiences with this company.

The delivery time is also objectionable.

Bad dealer in my opinion.

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren für mehrere tausend Euro bestellt. Mehrere Male davon wurde zu wenig Ware ausgeliefert, und das letzte mal haben bei einer Bestellung von fast 2000 Euro, ungefär 400 Euro Warenwert gefehlt ohne mich darüber in Kenntniss zu setzten oder mir die Ware nachzuschicken.

Ich konnte die ware wegen der Coronabestimmungen nicht sichten, vor der Annahme, und bei so einer großen Bestellung ist das auch nicht zumutbar, jede einzellne Rolle nachzumessen.

10 Rollen a 10 m waren im Durchschnitt nur 8 Meter lang, manche sogar noch kürzer.

Dazu kommt dass die ware überhauptnicht fadengrade abgeschnitten wurde.
Zum Teil bis zu 25 cm aus dem Lot.

Selbst die Ware, die 10 m lang sein soll, ist mehrere cm zu kurz.

Wenn ich 10 Meter Ware bestelle, gehe ich davon aus das 10,05 Meter, grade abgeschnittene, Ware bei mir ankommt.

Auf meine Nachricht an den Support wurde nur sporadisch geantwortet und geholfen wurde mir immernoch nicht.
Es fehlen immernoch zirka 20 Laufmeter Ware.

Zum Teil kann mann auf den noch verpackten Stoffpacketen lesen das sie zu kurz sind.

Ich habe den Lieferschein eingereicht und die Etiketten von den Waren und trotzdem kommt der Support mir nicht entgegen.

Ich schreibe seit mehreren Wochen hin und her und es ist keine Einsicht von Rijs Textiles zu erkennen.

Ich habe Kollegen die ebenfalls schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen gemacht haben.

Die Lieferzeit ist ebenfalls zu beanstanden.

Meinermeinung nach ein schlechter Händler.

J'ai commandé pour plusieurs milliers d'euros ces dernières années. Plusieurs fois trop peu de marchandises ont été livrées, et la dernière fois, avec une commande de près de 2000 euros, il manquait environ 400 euros de marchandises sans que j'en sois informé ou que la marchandise ne m'ait été réexpédiée.

En raison de la réglementation corona, je n'ai pas pu voir les marchandises avant l'acceptation, et avec une commande aussi importante, il n'est pas raisonnable de mesurer chaque rouleau.

10 rouleaux de 10 m chacun ne faisaient que 8 mètres de long en moyenne, certains même plus courts.

De plus, les marchandises n'étaient pas coupées directement au fil.
En partie jusqu'à 25 cm d'aplomb.

Même les marchandises censées mesurer 10 m de long sont trop courtes de plusieurs cm.

Si je commande 10 mètres de marchandise, je suppose que je recevrai 10,05 mètres de marchandise qui vient d'être coupée.

Mon message au support n'a reçu de réponse que sporadiquement et je n'ai toujours pas reçu d'aide.
Il manque encore environ 20 mètres courants de marchandises.

Dans certains cas, vous pouvez lire sur les paquets de tissus encore emballés qu'ils sont trop courts.

J'ai remis le bon de livraison et les étiquettes de la marchandise et le support ne vient toujours pas vers moi.

J'écris dans les deux sens depuis plusieurs semaines et il n'y a aucun signe de perspicacité de Rijs Textiles.

J'ai des collègues qui ont eu de mauvaises expériences avec cette entreprise.

Le délai de livraison est également répréhensible.

Mauvais concessionnaire à mon avis.

Amazing fabrics and they deliver in literally no-time. Amazing

Delighted with the quality of the cable jersey I bought. Packaged for transit with care. The only delay was the time it took to get through customs and the added cost of transit now we out of EU. Brexit had a lot to answer for. However, because of the reasonable cost of the fabric and quality I will definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them .
