I’ve had a very stressful experience…
I’ve had a very stressful experience with RingBritain. I raised an issue about not being able to make calls through the app, and despite following all the steps — uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting the password — nothing has been resolved.
Every time I log out and try to log back in, the app says my details are incorrect, even though I haven’t changed anything. This happens both on the browser and the mobile app.
I’ve contacted support but the issue still isn’t fixed. I haven’t been able to use the app to make calls, which is what I’m paying for. It's been a waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. Very disappointed.

Great service at a very affordable…
Great service at a very affordable price. I use it only to call my elderly Mum in Scotland who has a very basic mobile and Whatsapp isn't an option. Being able to call every day with no worry on cost is fabulous. Generally the calls are clear but any minor issues I am sure are due to my location in rural France and poor signal cover.

The charge is extremely reasonable, I can always get through to UK even when I move to different States, easy to add more money online and I’m very happy with the service.

Misleading and expensive…
I used to use this service to call the UK from Spain with no problem in the past but recently I started using it again and found the local access number had changed. I saw that I could access from Spain via a toll-free number using my voice credit and the website said that my phone provider wouldn't charge me for it, I would only be charged a surcharge on my credit. This is not true I have just received my mobile phone bill and seen it charged me international rates for these calls and they have cost me an extra 50 euros on top of the voice credit I bought. I can't find any way to contact Ring Britain on the website to complain. I will have to find another service to use that is honest about their charges. This one was an expensive mistake.
