Great website used for 7 years
I have used this website for years to communicate with family in England it's cheap the quality of the calls are great I've had no problem the only thing I can possibly say negative is that when you run low it will tell you while your on the phone but it doesn't give you much time it just hangs up the call, but it has given you an option now to recharge while you're on the phone with them if you have a credit card on file so I would suggest doing that but you're still disconnected from your party for those few minutes other than that it's a great company and I'm going to continue to use them

Almost Like Calling My Next-door Neighbor
Very efficient, affordable and easy to make connection to my family abroad.
My only complaint is the lag time between voice exchanges between the two parties talking to each other. It's too long and makes for choppy conversation.
Is this a problem with satellite or internet connection or both? Or is it my problem with my telephone provider?

Something changed. Some numbers dont work noww
The calls are fine but something was done recently that now half of my UK numbers don't work anymore. The number now has "original" shown in the number display. No explanation from the company or support. Very annoying. This used to work so well.

closed my account for no reason
My PIN did not go through and I called them and they said they need to verify if the last number I tried to call was from a family or friend or for business I told them the number was from a friend but they didn't believe it but asked if it was a family or a friend, I said friend, they said that they have to close my account because they see that someone with the same last name as mine also called the number and they know that I say Not the truth
And the 1 star I give is because they at least gave me my money back
