On balance, an excellent service
No problems whatsoever adding money; occasionally however after the number is dialed it will ring once or twice and then go silent. This necessitates dialing again and hoping that the call will go through this time. Nevertheless, because the rates are so good, a bit of inconvenience is excusable.

Unable to activate credits to my account
After 3 years of great service I tried to add some additional time to my account. Despite polite and prompt responses (an email chain of 7 emails) from RingBritain customer support they were unable to work with my telco provider (Fido in Canada) to apply the credit amount. I also spoke with Fido who had no knowledge of RingBritain and therefore could not help. Unfortunately RingBritain are not willing to refund my credit card payment made to them either.

Credit card update
It wasn't easy to update expiration date on my credit card. No customer service phone number. After several days of trying I finally was able to do it.
