Never even received my ring.

Most of my physical activity is yardwork, and there is nothing like that to choose from. I feel like the sleep data is not very accurate.

I LOVE the newest version of the ring! The charge lasts for so so long! I love all the data it gives!

This ring has been a great tool for tracking my sleep, activity, and stress levels. I love how it breaks down my sleep patterns and provides helpful insights into my overall wellness. One of my favorite features is that it alerts me when my stress levels are elevated and encourages me to take a moment to reset.

The app is also very easy to navigate, making it simple to view and understand my data. Best of all, there are no additional subscription fees or hidden charges, which makes the experience even better!

It was great but it fell off my finger on my 5th day and lost it.

The ordering process after getting the ring size was confusing and it was hard to get somebody to help. after getting the ring, I noticed it is not very accurate, it keeps showing I'm going on bike rides and it won't clear past work outs, step count does not match my Garmin. It doesn't edit fertility cycles. Overall I wish I would have just spent the money and got the Oura ring as this one has been a big disappointment.

The battery started having charging issues JUST after a year. Low & behold, the warranty was up. So, there may not be an annual fee, but you need to buy a ring annually, so…. That said, I received a SLIGHT discount.
It would have been nice to know a Gen 3 was being released & maybe have given an option to upgrade. That felt like a slap in the face!

My daughter and I have enjoyed both our rings. I wish I would have purchased hers with the better one though.

Ring worked perfectly but obviously has a limited lifespan won’t charge… won’t connect.. ring conn not interested because it’s out of warranty… offered me money off another ring? A lot of money with all the accessories I bought too.. for what is now essentially a dress ring

I had a problem with the ring after around 10 months, customer service team were brilliant, reported the error and a new replacement ring was sent immediately. I love the ring and features and would recommend.

Very disappointing experience with RingConn.

After waiting around two months to receive my ring, I finally got it. I opened it, and just three days later RingConn launched a new version. I contacted them to ask for a solution or an exchange, but they refused to change it.

Honestly, the experience has been extremely frustrating. After such a long waiting time, receiving a product and then seeing a new model released almost immediately, with no willingness from the company to help, feels very unfair to the customer.

I expected much better customer service and flexibility from the brand. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend RingConn.

I’ve had my ring for about 2 months now and I love it. No subscription required and it tracks all the things I was looking for. I have gotten some scratches on the bottom on the ring but nothing on top so far! I would definitely recommend.

It's not very comfortable. I like the Google health data app better.

Ordering my Ringconn was simple and the customer service is excellent, I recommend them to my friends and family.

I have trouble with the app it’s just not as easy to use as I was hoping. Also, a lot of this information I don’t this is easy to understand ever with research. It’s just not something I would buy again.

Doesn’t seem accurate on sleep or steps by a long shot.

I LOVED my RingConn & the app, but recent changes to the app have greatly diminished most benefits of tracking. They have either removed or reorganized the stats in a much less intuitive way.
