Very easy to order and happy with my product

I was able to purchase what I was looking for. Also when I had questions, there were answered on the first call.

The product is great when I did replacement correspondence was hard no clear back and forth to know what was happening as worked through purchase

Supported the company on Kicksterter and the Gen2 Ring completely died (battery will not charge regardless of all troubleshooting completed) just out of warranty period. Offered me $90 off another Gen2 ring (rrp $299usd). Why the fk would I buy another ring for over $300aud (rrp over $ 415aud) after the above experience?
Disappointing product and customer experience

I recently received my RingConn ring, and overall there are some features I like, but I’m disappointed with a few important things. The size I wanted for my pointer finger does not fit, so I’ve had to wear it on my middle finger instead. I also noticed the sleep tracking has been inconsistent. There were a few nights where it did not track my sleep at all, and those were the nights I really wanted the data because I did not sleep well. I’m not sure if this has to do with the fit, but sleep tracking was the main reason I purchased the ring.

The headache alerting also seems inaccurate. On the positive side, the period tracking has been accurate, and everything else seems pretty good. I just wish the sleep tracking was more reliable since that was the biggest reason I wanted the ring.

Customer service is very helpful and quick! I love my ringconn! Has long battery life and no subscription! 🙂

Excellent customer support experience so far.
Before even receiving my RingConn Gen 3, I contacted support with several questions and concerns, and the attention I received was outstanding. Fast replies, professional communication, and a genuine willingness to help.
It’s refreshing to find a company that takes after-sales service seriously and treats customers with respect.
Once I receive and fully test the device over the coming days, I will gladly provide a more detailed review focused on the product itself.
For now, the support experience has been excellent.

The product took longer to ship than expected, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience. I do think the website could be more transparent about shipping times and mention clearly that the products ship from their warehouse in China, which can take around 7–14 business days.

That aside, the ring itself has a nice design, feels comfortable to wear, and provides solid health metrics and sleep tracking. The battery life has also been good so far.

Most of my complaints are software-related:

There are no notifications when activity rings are closed.

Not all vitals sync with Apple Health.

The widgets do not update automatically unless the app is opened and data is synced from the ring to the phone.

Overall, the hardware is excellent, but the app experience still needs some refinement. Despite those issues, I’d still rate it 4/5 stars.

Great price and like all the features

I wish I had bought the ring before, I had a ring of another brand that did not last a year, I was dissatisfied. But with RingConn I am more than happy, in addition to measuring vital signs and body temperature, it also records headaches and the slightest change in your vital signs. I love the product too much, if for any reason it gets damaged, I would buy it again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were super helpful with correcting the order before it was mailed!

Works well. Good Data. Should have waited a month for the update.

I love my ring! Love the sleep tracking, workout tracking, and cycle tracking. The only issue I had was that it took quite a while to ship! But other than that it was perfect!

RingConn is a great option for fitness enthusiasts and health seekers looking to gain insight into their lifestyle choices. I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and tracking activity levels is important to my own health goals. I have a sensitivity to silicone so most fitness trackers won’t work for me. My ring is comfortable and I only need to charge it about once a week. I get my health insights with no additional subscription needed. It’s easy to use and customizable.

I love my RingConn! The sizing kit was very convenient and spot on! The analytics are amazing and in enough detail that is not only understandable, but gives a great overall analysis!
