I am loving this ring. Very comfortable and a perfect width, not too thick.

The times of delivery are extense, but other than that is been working very good. I love it.

I consider that for the cost of the ring I could give more information and on the other hand I bought it less than 60 days ago and the other version already comes out and see that if I want to change it they only discount me $70.00 I find it unfair

For the most part it is a good product. Fits well and most readings seem accurate. However quite often it gives a drastically wrong reading for SP02. Also, there is a noticeable difference between the sizing kit to the ring. I order the size that would fit my middle finger with sizing kit however the actual ring doesn’t fit that finger and I have to wear it on my ring finger, but it’s a little too big for my ring finger. If I were still in my return window I probably would have sent the ring back.

I have had my RingConn for about 3-4 months now and I definitely love it and think it is worth it! Not having a monthly subscription is fantastic! And there are a lot of features that I feel like it tracks better vs my older cheap ring that I had. If I could make any changes at all I think notifications would be nice just about what is going on or suggestions about maybe getting more steps in, hey you didn’t sleep good last night maybe you need a nap, things like that I’d say. I’m not sure if that’s a feature that would be super necessary I’d say but it would be nice for sure

RingConn support is wonderful! It takes a day for them to respond due to different time zones but always excellent!! I absolutely love my ring!

Waste of time, money and energy.

Took a while to get it after needing to get the kit first and then the ring but teh whole thing has been impeccable since,
The data is awesome, its very good value for the price and super inobtrusive to wear. Love it

Loving the sleep tracking and the commentaries on how my day is going in terms of stress levels, etc. It’s great that they’re not the typical garmin-like comments but instead are more playful… The accuracy’s spot on. Also the fact that it detects activities and all I have to do is to approve the suggestion

When purchasing my ring , I put the wrong email, I was panicking because I didn’t get a confirmation number . Emailed the team at night and when I woke up it was already fixed! Couldn’t believe how fast they answered and resolved my problem. Their customer service ( support) team is AMAZING !!!

Love RingConn. They were kind enough to offer a one year ringconn plus warranty and honour it with an exchange even though I did not buy one at the point of purchse.

One thing I would suggest is for the user to be able to edit the default Exercises (on the main dashboard) to what they typically do for quick info input. Ex: I do strength training, tennis and indoor cycling. I don’t own a row.

The shipping experience when you purchase directly on their website is 0 stars!! It took nearly 1.5 months for me to receive my ring, which is insane. The ring itself is durable, accurate, and the app interface is easy to use.

After researching all the rings out there, RigConn offered the best price and the bells and whistles one needs at no extra cost. The app provides me with all the information I wanted and tells you if you are balanced 4 areas, if you can improve your sleep, etc.

Customer service was great and answers very quickly when I submitted information and questions . Love my ring and would recommend to anyone

Data transfer is inconsistent and takes a long time, sometimes hours to days to reflect information from the ring. Sharing feature is unclear and also inconsistent. Can share easily with one person and cannot share with 2 others.

Took well over a month to arrive. Extremely late birthday gift for my daughter that I ordered 3 weeks prior. The local delivery company you use not only failed to deliver it to me half a dozen times, they also failed to follow ANY of the delivery instructions.
