I enjoy the data from the ring but...
I enjoy the data from the ring. The activity/exercise data is more accurate than my Apple Watch. I also like that I can see if my strategies to reduce apnea are working - they are. The negative - It doesn't upload my daily data unless I open the app. Sometimes it takes most of the day to upload the data and sometimes it does it in minutes. Occasionally I get a notice on the app chastising me that I haven't uploaded my data earlier enough. I do it every morning so don't have any idea what that means. When I've sent a question to customer service the the phone app, but don't get anything back except a request for me to rate the quality of their customer service. I don't rate it as very good, obviously. They are great when thinking about buying the ring, but hard to find when I have a technical question.

The product is amazing, now I can track all my stats easily. And I can't leave without mention the amazing Costumer Service team!! I needed help with my husband's ring and everyone was amazing!
Delayed Shipping and Poor USPS Tracking Updates
The purchase process is easy; however, they take a long time to ship the item. In addition, the shipping company they use, USPS, does not update the tracking information in real time, so during the 22 days I was waiting, I thought my package had been stolen — but that was not true.
Even so, I contacted customer service and they assisted me, but they also had no idea where the package was because the shipping information was very limited.
Fabulous ring, very fabulous, when it doesn't fail.
I love this ring! I've owned two, but my second ring malfunctioned with the sensors. It will not take blood oxygen or heart rate, nor monitor sleep anymore. I did try all troubleshooting, all of it. But to no alas. I reached out to customer service as my new ring is not even 2 months old, I believe. Of course I'm given the "we see nothing wrong on our end, have a good day." So I've chosen to not deal with being given a runaround, and just got a cheap budget ring off of amazon to see how it functions. I am unable to invest in a high end one now because my$ are tied up in the defective ringconn. So, disappointed, but when the rings work, they are awesome. I love the data, the accuracy of vitals and sleep. This smart ring was instrumental in diagnosing some health issues and providing hard data charts to show my doctors. And I finally got a diagnosis. So I am grateful.
Ring Size Mistake and Solution
I placed an order for a RingConn Gen2 on the website and started with the free kit. I used the free kit and settled on a size 11 ring and placed the request for the actual ring. Shipping was fast for both the free kit and actual ring. The app worked great for tracking my sleep and I was a happy customer. However, I did have a problem eventually with the ring size. I did not take account how the weather could make my finger swell. I was upset and reached out to the support team to see what can be done as this is a mistake that could have been avoided if I wore the free kit for longer than a day. RingConn was able address my problem by replacing the ring with a bigger size! I was very worried about this process because I purchased the ring through RingConn’s website but everything worked out perfectly. I even offered to pay for shipping and they declined and sent me everything I needed to fix this. My ring comes in tomorrow and I’m elated about this entire experience. Thank You RingConn!

I backed your very first ring, and as a growing company you listened to your followers. This ring is a 100% improved. It seems that the accuracy is excellent. The battery has a long life, which is great. The only thing that appears not to be accurate are the steps. Appears to be way out compared to my phone. I am glad to take the opportunity to wear this ring. I would definitely recommend this ring to friends and family.

Works as advertised with no issues. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because if I had known how soon generation 3 would be available, I would have waited.
So far- it’s great!
I’ve been really enjoying my RingConn air. It’s seamless, and honestly I feel like much better and tracking things than my Apple Watch. The app is super easy to use and understand. I will say I was between 2 sizes when I ordered (I did order a sizing kit) and I am happy I went with a bigger size vs the smaller one. Curious to see how this holds up with me because I am not gentle on my jewelry lol!
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. It’s very inaccurate. It says I’m sleeping when I’m awake and the cycle tracking is not what I thought it was either. It’s not even helpful at this point unless you’re tracking calories but idk if that’s very accurate either because it doesn’t read exercise well either. Return policy is non existent which I should have checked before buying but other rings like this have a satisfaction guarantee

Overall I love my ring. My only real advice for improvement is I wish you could open up more workouts as you do them like you can with outdoor walking and running.
Still love the ring, just a few issues
The battery life is getting bad after almost a year of using it, doesn't last nearly as long as it used to. And notifications before it dies does not happen, they will come through once I put it on a charger.
I wish the menstrual cycle wasn't made for baby prep. And wish it would include birth control like an IUD, as a lot of women have that. And overall I feel the menstrual tracking portion is just lacking in general.
The ring to app connectivity is also lacking as sometimes it takes forever to connect and update my stats.
Wish it could track more workouts.
Easy peasy
I have been extremely happy with my RingConn smart ring. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Getting the correct size was easy, ordering was simple, and the setup took almost no time at all. It is very user friendly, which I appreciate because nobody wants to read a 400-page manual just to wear jewelry.
One of my favorite features is the fast charging and long-lasting battery life. I usually charge it while I take a shower, and then I’m good to go for almost 14 days. That kind of battery life is a game changer.
I also love how it tracks my vitals and gives me helpful insights into my health. It has actually highlighted a few things that I plan to discuss with my doctor. The sleep tracking has been especially helpful. Being able to watch my sleep patterns has helped me make changes that improved my overall quality of sleep.
Overall, this has been one of the easiest and most useful pieces of tech I’ve owned. RingConn definitely delivered on functionality, convenience, and comfort.
Compared to the Oura
Compared to the Oura, the RingConn feels noticeably cheaper in both design and finish. The app experience is also far behind Oura and even Fitbit — it’s not very intuitive, and basic trends like weekly and monthly sleep views are missing, with most data only shown day by day.
Another major issue is reliability in colder weather. There are frequent periods where the ring stops taking measurements altogether because my hands are too cold. In colder climates, especially during winter, this becomes a serious limitation and makes the tracking inconsistent.
I'm sorry I bought it, I would prefer an Oura ring.
Polite People
We ordered the RingConn Gen 2 following their in-house sizing guidance. Upon receiving the ring, I found the fit unsuitable and requested an exchange for a better size. After being initially quoted a fee for the exchange, which was inconsistent with their advertised hassle-free return policy, particularly given that their own guidance had informed my original size selection.
After referencing their stated policy, the fee was waived without resistance, a prepaid return label was arranged, and the replacement was shipped with tracking provided promptly.
Throughout every interaction, the support team was notably courteous and professional — responses remained timely and the tone remained respectful and considerate from start to finish. That level of politeness is genuinely appreciated and worth acknowledging.
The primary concern is the gap between what is advertised and the initial response — an issue that required us to advocate for the policy rather than it being applied automatically. Consistent alignment between advertised terms and frontline support would make this a straightforward 5-star experience.

Great replacement for Samsung Ring
I've only had the ring for about a month but so far it's been great. I do wish it was more integrated into my Samsung Health app so I could have my watch and ring readings all in one screen but the RingConn app is good and the sleep and activity readings seem to be accurate. The ring is FAR better than my Samsung ring which it is replacing (battery life especially).
Best money spent for my health!
The fact I get so much data about my health is amazing! I was concerned about sleep apnea and now I know! Such a great product and worth every cent. No monthly cost for my health data put me over the top in my decision for this ring. Keep up the great work!
Received my ring fast and I love it
Received my ring fast and I love it! So far it’s been very accurate and the app is easy to use. The ring fits great. The silver finish is very nice. Charges up quickly and does last more than a week. I replaced an Oura gen 3 and so far I don’t feel like I’m missing anything other than the subscription fee which is awesome!
