Ordered two sets of cocktail glasses of some friends coming over. Margarita and espresso martini glasses. I was excited to open the boxes. One of the margarita glasses was cracked around the rim. Emailed Rinkit and got a reply (same day, within minutes) that a replacement would would be with me in a few day. No stress, no hassle or messing around. Three days later a new glass arrived. If only all customer service was like this, there would be less stressed out workers, and more happy customers. Thank you, thank you Rinkit!

i got my melodia glassware set from rcr. very nice set good quality. order came next day however one of the glasses was broken in the pack.

fast reply from them to replace. However i do think the packaging is not fully fit for glassware considering courier service will not care of the product status

What a superb service!
Next day delivery of my order for glassware …. followed up by an immediate response for replacement of 3 items damaged, not due to their immaculate packing. but to poor transportation by the delivery firm.
So unusual to have one’s problem dealt with so speedily.

I ordered 10 jars at an amazing discount price, on arrival (which was quick) one had gotten broken by the couriers. Rinkit responded very quickly and sent out a replacement immediately. The customer service is first class and I would give them 5 stars, but it`s spoilt by the rather inadequate packing of glassware! I`m surprised that only one of the 10 jars was broken not more, and the replacement was better packed but just about survived the best efforts of EVRI to destroy it! They really need to put more effort into decent packaging of these glass items.

I ordered a hammock base which arrived promptly within two days. Unfortunately one part was slightly bent which meant it wouldn’t fit together. One email and less than 48 hours later, I had a perfect replacement and I didn’t even have to return the damaged item. Great customer service - thank you very much.

The prices are reasonable, products good quality. Ordered some storage jars, 3 jars arrived broken. I emailed the company, they responded within an hour and resolved by sending replacements. Great customer service!

Great products and fast delivery great customer service will be ordering again

Ordered a set of plates around 6pm on a Saturday night with standard £5 shipping. Received my order at 11am on Sunday morning. Less than 24 hours? Amazon can’t even match that! The plates are excellent quality (especially for the low price) and arrived securely packaged in bubble wrap. I was wary of this site, because I had never heard of it, but I am very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering from them again in the future!

Ordering was smooth and easy, and it arrived really promptly. Unfortunately one item was broken during delivery which was unfortunate. I contacted the sales team and they responded super promptly and are replacing the item no quibbles. Excellent customer service!

I placed an order for drinking glasses from this Company. Unfortunately in transit two glasses arrived with chipped rims. I emailed the Company and enquired about their returns policy. I was told to keep the two perfect glasses and dispose of the faulty. The Company are replacing my order free charge.

If I could give this company a Zero I would what an absolute joke of an organisation.
Ordered goods from The Range who I believe are behind this company.
Delivery was guaranteed ‘Next Day’ and after a few weeks of receiving emails from EVRI telling me that the parcel was lost The Range eventually got round to replacing the product after 4 weeks.
This was only after them being told BY ME that EVRI had lost the goods.
Parasols without bases are not much good and it delayed the opening of our volunteer community group’s activities.
No offer of compensation no real apology and in one email The Range actually had the audacity to ask me to post a positive review.

I had an issue with an item. Their customer service was fast and efficient in resolving the query. The item was quickly replaced.

I bought some drinking glasses. Lovely quality, just as photos. Unfortunately when they arrived one was broken, but Rinkit sorted a replacement within a couple of days and were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My order was reasonably priced and good quality on arrival. I purchased several types of glassware for my cocktail making masterclass. There was an issue of a couple of broken glasses on arrival of my order, however I made contact with Rinkit on the same day and within an hour they had responded with a promise of replacements being sent out to me. I was so impressed when my replacements arrived 2 days later, wrapped securely and all intact. Fantastic service and respectful company who value the customer. I would shop here again.

Very helpful,the delivery company lost my parcel so the company personally got in contact with me to see what was the next step I wanted to take (resend,refund ect) witch I am very greatful for and haven't really seen with another company thank you again.

I saw the selection of glassware on the Tesco website and ordered the Romantic glasses. They were a good price, multipurpose and attractive. Whilst I twice had problems with damage during delivery, it enabled me to see the Rinkit customer service team in action. They are awesome: fast, helpful and focused on delivering a good result for the customer. If they continue in this way, they will be hugely successful, because good customer service turns one off issues into lifelong custom. Thank you for the replacement glasses and the complimentary extra, your hard work is appreciated.

I ordered a full, matching dining set of crockery and cups.
Rinkit were selling it so much cheaper than anywhere else, I honestly thought it was a scam 😳
I checked their reviews on here and turns out , they were rated very highly.
My crockery arrived the following day, via DPD, and out of the entire set, only 3 items arrived chipped.
I called Evie at customer services, and she was incredibly helpful, professional and polite and has reordered the damaged items to be sent with their next shipment
I'm very impressed indeed with Rinkit, often a small problem can highlight exactly what sort of company you're dealing with and the customer service I received was second to none.
Highly recommend shopping with Rinkit.
