Ostomates, Please do not order this product because it will deteriorate your ostomy appliance. I found out the hard way and do not want any of my ostomates to fall for this cleansing product like I did. I am in the process of asking for a refund and I am finding it very hard to do so. This product is not for people with ostomies!!!!

I think its the best invention! It really makes it easier when you have children so its good for all family members from young to old!

Having used bidet sprays while on holiday in India, I always wanted to have one in our home. Unfortunately plumbing one in was not going to be an easy option. The Rinsemate device got around that problem. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. The build quality speaks for itself and it was simplicity itself to install it in our bathroom. Now we know what really clean feels like every day of the week. Don't hesitate to buy this. You bum will be eternally grateful!

I'm really pleased with my Rinse Mate. Delivery took about 10 working days, and installation was straightforward. The only slight challenge was fitting the suction pad, but after a few tries I managed to get it positioned correctly and it now sticks firmly to the side of the toilet. From my experience, it's best attached to ceramic surfaces or the toilet base rather than painted walls.

Following my recent trip to Thailand where every toilet has a bidet hose also the hotel reception toilets had bidet toilet seats.
I decided to try the Rinsemate as it required no plumbing which would be difficult due to the fact that the cistern is built in behind a wall.
The Rinsemate is an excellent alternative whilst it’s not as powerful as a plumbed version it still works well
I would recommend this to anyone who does not have easy access to pipe work to plumb in a hose or bidet seat

Best one ever. I have tried several but no success. I like the volume of the water container.

Rinsemate has made life easier. We used to use water bottles every time we went toilet not we go toilet peace free. We fill the container every morning and that lasts all day. The head needs to be charged every 2 weeks.
For the price the product is great!!

I love Rinse Mate- it makes me feel a lot cleaner and fresher than paper. It is simple to use and well constructed.

Delivery took a long time. On first use I almost drowned myself and the bathroom!! Being disabled made it a bit awkward to use as directed but I soon worked out a way to use it that suits me. My friend has ordered one as it does what it says on the tin! I would say to anyone thinking about getting a Rinsemate, just do it, you will not be disappointed.

Thais' product is very helpful, easy to use, and worth purchasing.

I am pleasantly surprised with this product. It took a little while to arrive but when it did it was easy to set up and easy to charge. It works perfectly and is an excellent compromise if you don't want to go through the installation process of a plumbed-in bidet. Would recommend.

I wish I knew about this product 20 years ago! I have piles, inflammatory bowel disease and diverticular disease. I can't express well enough as to the difference this simple product has changed my life. BTW I'm a very sceptical person and was prepared for this to be a gimmick. I can honestly say it isn't and even if you don't have any of the issues that I have, you will be seriously impressed. Oh n a mate of mine is about to order hers too off the back of my personal recommendation. 😊 Xxx

Dare I say, I'm enjoying this product? Yes. I think I can.
This sits discreetly in a corner next to the toilet and the two power pressure option is really good.
It's an absolute game changer.
I did have a problem with the suction pad for the hose, but that seems to have stopped.
Capacity wise it's enough for me but maybe a family size ,if not already available, would be good. Get those little ones into the habit early on.
Overall I'm really pleased with this.

The socket to hold the bidet is crap. It does not hold at all. After about 2 week of use, it fell and I tried to fix it but it never worked. DO NOT USE THEM. Obviously, it has 14 day refund after which you are on your own. I dont know how they have got positive reviews here. Its baffling.

Also, they dont make the product here and are dropshipped from china which is fine but atleast a full transparency would have been better. I got the product almost after 2 weeks of ordering it

a very unexpected pleasant experience.

Been using the RinseMate for just over 3 weeks. Although it cleans, it doesn't clean all the way, if you know what I mean, but it has cut down on the amount of loo roll I use.

Honestly an excellent product. Zero installation needed. It provides an easy solution for small bathrooms, rented properties or people who can't afford a plumber but want a clean bum! 😆
Delivery took about 10 days. The suction cup seemed a bit flimsy but after a few tries it worked fine. The life of the pump before recharging is really good to.

Oh my goodness,what an awesome piece of kit.I love it.Knowing I am squeaky clean every time is a great feeling.why didnt somebody invent this years ago.My grandsons aged 7 & 12 also love it but for a totally diffrent reason..They think its hilarious that there is a water pistol in my actual bathroom.In there eyes fun doesnt get any better.Got to ho noe and change the sodden toeels and wet thru toilet paper..But once again i have to say it TOTALLY AMAZING,whstever uou ude it fot.lol.x Sheelagh Turner Roddis formerly Buxton

Took my breath away. Use warm water. It really did take my breath away but the clean feeling is so nice. I have coeliac disease and I'm lactose intolerant so often have to use a lot of paper that leaves me feeling sore. Using the Rinse Mate has cured that issue. I still have to use paper but only to dry myself, no more sore bottoms for me. Oh and I can water my plant in the bathroom with it too.
