Love the product, only thing that lets it down is the wall mount for the spray, it doesn't hold , have had to stick it myself.

When I saw the adverts for this I was genuinely excited - after years of using personal hygiene sprays in Thailand I had had to give them up because of UK water regulations.
After waiting almost 2 weeks for Every to deliver, when I tried the rinse mate I was instantly disappointed.
I found that the spray head leaked if it wasn't kept about the water level in the container - so moving everything to charge the pump would be messy.
Then, when I tried it there was insufficient pressure to clean anything. Indeed, the sprayer simply didn't operate if spraying vertically upward - surely it's purpose.
In fact there is very little pressure - I had expected to be able to use this to clean around the bowl, but it's useless.
The product is labelled with restrictive instructions - don't get the hassle wet! Don't dismantle the hose and handle connection! Don't test the product unless you accept that you can't change your mind!
It does not meet the basics of UK sales law since it's unfit for purpose!
I will try and request a refund - but I don't have high expectations!

Its so much better than I thought. Sleek design, compact, easy to install next to toilet seat, 2 L reservoir so no frequent refills, and leaves my backside feeling fresh and clean! GET IT!

Great product. Does all they said it would. Absolutely love it.!

I do wish the spray was stronger and that it had a camera and a rotating brush. Sometimes it's hard to know if you removed all the ink from the printer head.

Brilliant but taking one star off as the holder only sticks to tiles. Won’t stick to my surfaces unfortunately

Had it for a month
So far so good - works perfectly fine for me.
Only issue is the suction cup holder won't work amazingly with the ceramic cistern but you can purchase a sticker for that.

All in all me gusta so far.

But fingers crossed!!

This is great for feeling nice and clean. Just a quick wash and you're done.
It is pretty expensive for what it is, but overall it's great. My kids love it, it's much easier for them.
The battery lasts a long time. The suction cup has fallen off a few times, so maybe could do with a stronger suction cup.

Decided on this product as it gave an impression that it was UK stocked...it's not. It's imported from China and therefore takes several weeks to arrive. Outside of this I'm happy with the build quality and product efficiency. I'm happy with the product and would recommend it.

It works as advertised, which is probably the most important thing, very satisfied.

Cleanliness I have never had before. Took A little getting used to. Placement, usage. Once I found my huckleberry, it was golden. I miss it when I am not at home.

The rinsemate is easy to set up, though it would be better if you could seal it closed with the hose inserted.

It is simple to use.

But the water flow, even on high, is too weak to clean effectively. My little squeeze bottle works better.

I was looking for an alternative to toilet paper and I am very happy with my Rinsemate. Its great to not have to spend so much money on toilet paper that just goes down the drain.
