Works really well. Saves the toilet paper and the skin. Specially if you suffer piles, dry toilet papers are very harmfull. Instead wash. Great for hygiene and comfort. They should add fixings for hlder to go on the wall too. Suction holders is not suitable for everyones toilet.

I was sceptical on how this would work, but I am very impressed. It does make me feel fresher and I use less toilet paper for sure.

The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was the holder I couldn't get it to stick for very long, as it's in the bathroom and it gets hot and steamy it just falls off.

Delivery was prompt, with lots of updates on it's progress.

This is just what I have been looking for, always wanted a bidet but would take too much fitting in my small bathroom,so decided to try this when I saw it online.
Very effective,takes up minimal room and does what it says on the box.

As someone with inflammatory bowel disease this has been a game changer in the bathroom! I do feel it could do with one extra power level though.

Good product we are using it for camping. Trying to not use TP in the RV as much and this helps.

Buying another one for next years big camping trip for washing dishes. We can use outside for washing hands and dishes.

Only issue I’ve had is that the holder broke and I’d like to buy a replacement for that. However they don’t sell a replacement. So guess duct tape will suffice.

I love my purchase, I ordered the rinse mate with the squatty and it came with a free soap with case and air fresheners ,due to uk courier laws it has to be sent separately but the customer service was amazing, they replied to my emails very quickly and reassured me my package would arrive soon with an attached link to track my package. The team was very friendly and patient with me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied, I now tell everyone I know about my rinse mate because I am so pleased with my purchase. I love my new rinse mate,the squatty is also wide enough to sit comfortably and fits around the toilet perfectly when I don’t need to use it. Both are very easy to clean and fits with the aesthetic of my bathroom nicely. The product is excellent for what I needed it for. We have a water spray at home but when we go away on holidays it's always been a problem. Rinse mate has been very convenient. I am a very happy customer.

Good product works well as advertised

Everytime I go to Europe, I come back with the idea of changing my toilet to a bidet toilet but it is pretty expensive, $3 to 4 thousand. So, when I saw the add for RinseMate I didn't think twice. I live in FL and I feel like taking a shower everytime I go out, RinseMate has been a life saver for me.
