I purchased my daughter the Inital Necklace for her 20th birthday. She wore it 3 times and the Necklace itself broke. She was so upset. We spent a few months looking for a Necklace that would be small enough at the closure to fit the tiny charm, no luck. I messaged Customer Care asking if they sell the Necklace separately? Long story short, they replaced the whole set!! I was so thankful and so was my daughter! They even expedited shipping on their own. This Necklace is beautiful and this type of Customer Service is wonderful!!

I have purchased jewellery from Rior Design on 3 occasions now. I find each piece to be so pretty and exquisitely designed. On the last occasion one of my purchases was unfortunately damaged in transit. Rior couldn’t have been more responsive with a replacement in the post within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service - product was out of stock after I ordered, but they proactively contacted me to offer shipping from Germany instead and in addition also emailed to check I had received the product.

Necklace is also lovely and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

My chain I brought for my partner was absolutely beautiful and of such quality and she loved it. Every item is so special here and worth so much more. Also the customer service o received had a defect and my issue was resolved instantly and I was sent a new one striaght away. Lovely customer service and beautiful peices... If your thinking of ordering just do it the chains are beautiful

One of the best companies I have come across. I ordered a necklace which had developed a damage over some time this company without any questions had arranged a replacement for me. Highly recommend! Would also like to add that this necklace has a sentimental value to me so the fact that this company’s customer service was 10/10 really means a lot me and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I’ve bought 4 pieces of jewellery now from Rior, both for my wedding and as a gift, and they are all stunning. What a find!
The jewellery is beautifully made and beautifully packaged. My last order was lost with the courier, but when I emailed, they dealt with it straight away and sent out a replacement, which arrived quickly. All the communication I’ve had with them has been really lovely. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something a little different.

The customer service has been nothing but incredibly helpful, and so lovely. The products themselves were beautifully designed. I truly cannot recommend Rior enough!

I have had several purchases from this company and there jewellery is just lovely.

Just recently I had the misfortune of a delivery being lost! The customer service was brilliant it took some time to resolve but I was fine with this. Communication was excellent and this issue was resolved with a replacement bracelet.

Would recommend this company for the quality of there jewellery and there customer services, I know my friend will love her bracelet which will now complete her set. :-)

Really pretty jewellery. Did have an issue with a customs charge of £41.66 before royal mail would deliver my item, wasn't expecting at all so contacted Rior who advised it was a mistake and took care of the charge.

I placed an order but was told soon after that one part of the order was out of stock. I chose an alternative and was still given the sale price. Waiting to see the products in person.

I bought a pair of earrings and a necklace at the end of last year for my wedding, I tried on the earrings and they were stunning! The necklace clasp accidentally broke, I contacted them on the off chance they could assist and they kindly sent me a new one free of charge! Such a kind and responsive company, I will definitely be buying from there again. I can’t recommend them enough.

Shipping was very quick which I appreciated. I ordered earrings and necklaces for both my mom and I. We love the pieces!

Initial rose gold necklace ordered and its very pretty. Earrings also ordered which are lovely too. Just waiting on a replacement for one of them as it was damaged but Pearl was very quick to order the replacement for me. So I would say excellent customer service in getting back to you.
