Shocking quality, I bought the daisy letter necklace for my sister for her birthday, £60!! And it's basically plastic, I already know it won't last two minutes, no weight to it what so ever, doesn't even come in a box. I am beyond unsatisfied with it. If it doesn't break it'll go off colour/green after a few uses.
Do not waste your money

If it has been £15-£20 I'd expect bad quality, but £60 is insane! I am really shocked.

Their website looks so fancy and reliable, don't buy it. Go to Claires and get a £10 daisy necklace and you'll get the same quality. Wasted money

I have recently purchased necklace as a Christmas present. Unfortunately my wife lost it due to the fact it fell off when she was shopping. It was the first 1 hour of receiving the necklace. It was clearly a product issue. I contacted for a replacement and they refused because I don’t have any photo proof of broken necklace. But how can you prove it when you already lost it due to malfunction. I just feel this not how you treat your customers and would not buy again.

So after really bad start as one of the earring broke, it turned around for me! They did really well! Good, polite and quick customer service, pleasing outcome.
Me and husband ended up very happy and we ordered more for our daughter ;)

The most beautiful necklace! Delivery was very quick and arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, the clasp broke on the necklace but I had a received a response very quickly and a replacement necklace had been sent out.

I’ve bought a beautiful set of jewellery (earrings, bracelet, necklace). Delivery to Germany was super quick & reliable. I got emails throughout the whole delivery process keeping me up to date. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous - so fine & just pretty. I wore them to my wedding! At some point, the bracelet’s clip broke but I got a response to my email within an hour & without any hassle, I got sent a replacement without any further charge or without having to send back the fault item. Excellent customer service - I’d buy there again anytime!

*What went well:

- The initial ordering process was smooth, and I received my product promptly.
- The accessories I received were fantastic—well-crafted and exactly as described, which was a pleasant surprise.

*Suggestions for improvement:

- Introduce a system that automatically confirms receipt of returns.
- Ensure feedback surveys are sent only after issues are resolved or appropriately addressed.
- Provide more frequent communication regarding return processing timelines.

The most exquisite jewellery that is truly so pretty and unique, I purchased a ring, bracelet and earrings for a gift for my daughters university graduation, I left ordering it quite late but with the extremely efficient service, I received my order within 5 working days to Australia and in time for the graduation. My daughter absolutely loved this gift and has received so many compliments. Your service is amazing and your products are beautiful I shall be ordering again soon. Thank you so much 💕
