After looking into your case, I can see that your package was delivered on January 5th, which was unfortunately later than expected. The delay was caused by a significant backlog at USPS, which has affected several of our customers.

Although it may appear that your package was held in customs, this was not the case. This impression was caused by tracking information not being updated correctly. We are actively working on improving our tracking system so that our customers will be able to follow their packages much more accurately in the future.

I’m very happy with this yarn

I’m very happy with this yarn! The quality is excellent — it feels soft, smooth, and pleasant to work with. The yarn has a beautiful, even texture and doesn’t split while knitting.

The color looks exactly like in the photos, which I really appreciate. It knits up nicely, holds its shape well, and gives a very neat, elegant result. I haven’t noticed any excessive pilling so far.

Shipping was fast, and the yarn was well packaged. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely order from Rito again. Highly recommended!

Haven't gotten them yet, stuck in customs

I ordered the products over 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. It's not completely the company's fault, they have been stuck in US customs for the past 5 days, but the tracking was not able to tell me where my package was for the first 10 days. Definitely doesn't fall under their "4-6" day shipping.

Wrong Amount Delivered

I ordered 19 skein, but only received 18. The package came damaged so I'm glad I'm only missing 1 skein instead of more or all of them. Still disappointing though especially since this package took a while to get to me too (ordered on 12/7, shipped on the 8th, and delivered on the 23rd).

U.S. customers, avoid this company!!

U.S. customers, avoid this company!! Shipment was in customs for a week, then I got a notice saying delivery was not possible. I have not received the yarn I paid for.
Update 1/6/26: the yarn did finally arrive, a week after the notice that delivery wasn’t possible (so 2 weeks after it arrived in customs). I’m glad to have the yarn, and can’t fault this company for the US’s customs/tariff policies, but there was no communication from the company and I still won’t order from them again.

At the same time, our tracking information is not always fully accurate for shipments to the US, as all parcels are handed over from PostNord to USPS upon arrival in the country. This can result in unclear tracking updates for our customers. This shipping to Canada was so affordable, which is impossible to find these days. The yarn was also super affordable and I’m super happy with it. This site will absolutely be my go to for all my yarn purchases in the future. Couldn’t recommend more.
