My unique issue of ordering 5 months…

My unique issue of ordering 5 months then getting an appointment at Mayo Clinic for genetic high cholesterol + did not even start any product… appts 9/1/2026 so after that will eval… your customer service cancelled future orders …. Big thanks.. after eval will reaccess…. Great team you have there

I was not able to take the supplements

I was not able to take the supplements. But I must say the customer service has been quick and responsive. I have a medical issue and my doctor advised not to take with my other medications.

Unhappy with automatic reorder

I had ordered some happy liver products for a test to see if how they might work. Imagine my surprise when 30 days later I get a surprise email saying that my order had been confirmed, a new order which I had not authorized had been placed. I immediately responded to cancel this order. Next email was confirmation that my order had been shipped. I had sent emails asking for its cancellation but nope credit card charged and pills shipped. No recourse, no refund.
