Quick response

Was wondering why I hadnt received the product so I sent an email. Had a quick response and I just happened to receive it the next day!! Patience is a virtue! Very happy with the experience!

It's not the product, it's the deceitful process.

The product is well rated but be sure that when you order they have set you up on a prolonged and expensive program AND getting your "subscription" cancelled is an ordeal with multiple pleading videos, multiple guilt ads, and hard to do.

DO NOT LET YOUR AGING PARENTS ORDER FROM HERE! IF YOU SEE THEIR BOTTLES IN YOUR PARENTS CABINETS, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Criminal. Deceitful.
Ordered a two get one free and the second month realized that it is a repeat order system that is very shady as it does not mention upfront as such.
It is an agonizing pain in the ass to figure out how to get onto the website and cancel as they make it difficult and you can find yourself looping in and out between email and their website to try and figure out how to do that. Furthermore, I revoked my credit card but for the last three months every month they have charged me a single bottle at the maximum rate and I keep receiving these even though nobody returns my call and I have cancelled my card. I have now had to cancel my credit card entirely and get a different card issued so that they do not have access to the account which is what my credit card company told me is the problem is that they have access to the account and so they keep charging even though it is revoked. A shitty, shitty, shitty company that deserves to be out of business.
Can’t tell if happy liver works or not.

They keep sending me bottles that I never ordered. Can't contact anyone to initiate return/refund. Also, I think this is a scam. This product does NOTHING!

My experience was average

My experience was average.
Staff seemed helpful and respectful.
Have yet to actually try product, this was the issue. It’s taken almost 2 weeks, and now I’m out of town and it will arrive and sit in hot sun, so product probably will not be any good. Had to cancel the subscription. So disappointed, I really need to clean my liver. I’ll find elsewhere. Thank u

What made my experience great was I was…customer service!

What made my experience great was I was able to find an email address to reach out when I had not received my order. THEN someone replied to my email to assure me that it had been received and my order would be arriving soon. That should have been it, but NOOOOOO after I had already received my order, I received yet another email to make sure I had indeed received my shipment and to make sure all was well. Who does that? I have only been taking my Happy Liver for two days, and I am a skeptic, but not gonna lie, I'm excited now that I have experience such empathetic customer service. Garza Watson
