Katie from Rivalkit Customer service was very helpful when there was an issue with my fleece! 10/10 customer service

I made an order about a month ago, and was wondering where it went, but couldn't find somewhere to contact the customer support. So I continued to wait it out, and RK reached out to me. They told me what had happened with a delivery situation, and was able to get it started on delivery to a new address. They were very helpful, and very quick! Looking forward to my Unisuit!

Our order was going to arrive too late to race but we contacted Rival and they intercepted the package and expedited it so it would come in time! It saved us!

They have incredible customer service and the quality of their unisuits is outstanding. I reached out to them on instagram and got a response a few hours later. Their unisuits fit very well and I love the anti slip rubber on the leg sleeve. I have nothing bad to say about Rival Kit.

The quality is shocking. It’s the thinnest material out of any gymwear/rowing kit I own. It was super baggy, even though I went exactly off their size guide, which meant I then spent £10 in postage for no reason. The customer service is pretty much non-existent, and you’ll be waiting weeks before you get any update from them regarding your order.

Our rowing club has been massively impressed by the service from Rival. Not only did they produce great-quality kit in a very short timeframe, but they went to every effort to make absolutely sure it was all dispatched and delivered in time for racing. I recommend them very highly!

What a great company, l approached Rival Kit about a project l am doing in South East Asia, as a newly appointed National Coach for Rowing. I spoke to Ryan, about this project who listened intently to our needs. His response was very helpful, informative and as always professional.. giving me instant positive feedback on what they can do for us. As a result I now look forward to working closely with Rival Kit to supply our National Team with Kit.

I've just received my club splash jacket and it's exactly what I want - great fabric and a perfect fit. Ryan at Rival customised a replacement jacket for me when the arms on the standard small jacket were 15cm too long . He did this at the same price as the standard jacket. Although it took another 4 weeks for the replacement it was well worth the wait.

Bought 2 AOIs and a strappy bra top in August. Unfortunately there was a stitching flaw on one leg of an AOI causing the stitching to fray on first use. Contacted the company and they responded straight away. Really helpful and fast at rectifying the problem. They went over and above to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction. The products themselves were great quality and really comfortable. Loving the new adhesive strips around the thighs and the different seams. The comfiest AOI we have (and we have a fair few in the house!!

Previously have made kit with this company and they were very quick with responses and their designs were very creative and lived up to expectations. Kit also is very good material and athletes overall happy. Thanks very much.

Definitely my go to company for rowing kit

I needed a custom rowing suit which wasn’t available anywhere else for individuals as it’s mostly catered for large order numbers. Rivalkit gave a few designs after outlining my needs and they came back with a great polar white design. Arrived after about 4 weeks which was decent considering it’s a custom design, and the quality is extremely good. The fit is amazing too. I’ll be using them again for sure

Just a group of really nice people who supported me my whole weekend of racing. The kit is really good quality and very well priced as well as being made in the UK would definitely recommend as a kit provider.

RK produced some bespoke rowing suits- they fit superbly and were excellent quality. They have a new production facility based in UK which meant they were able to turn around a bespoke item really quickly - highly recommend.

Our dispute since 2023 has not been settled. Missing items, wrong sizes, wrong colours, flawed designs, missing (but paid for) customisation and so forth. Damages are over £400. But complete silence of course...

Really excellent service from Rival kit. Very short notice request to get some custom designed t-shirts for Henley Masters for our last minute Composite crew. Ryan @ Rival took ownership, made a couple of mock up designs, we picked one and got them delivered a week before the event. Excellent service and wouldn't go elsewhere now. Plus we won our event at Henley Masters and I've awarded us the unofficial title of best T-shirts at the regatta!!

We asked for some kit to be designed for a event that is in a couple of weeks - the customer service team came back to me instantly with designs, which we then had it processed so it can be delivered before the event.

The kit is great quality and very comfortable. Many thanks to the team to sort us out in such a short space of time!!

Absolutely zero customer service support. No responses to emails after an order went missing until I threatened a credit card dispute. In other words, I had to initiate a formal refund process to lead to a credit card dispute in order to get my order. I would avoid Rival Kit. There are other rowing kit suppliers
