Customer service is non-existent.
I received my order and I am not happy with the result. The final result is not sharp like the original image and the quality is not good for what you’d expect from a printing service. I expressed this in an email and have received no response.

10/10 experience!
10/10! I needed high quality pictures with a relatively fast turn around time and river and coast provided just this. I was a bit nervous as I needed the pictures relatively quickly and I also needed some help with uploading such a large quantity of photos, but the customer service team helped me with both of my queries in a timely manner. I ordered them on Thursday before the cut off for next day delivery and by Friday they had arrived. The pictures were beautiful quality. I think the company is fairly new which is why you’d probably struggle to find many reviews, but please take it from me - order with them as it’s worth it. River and coast, you have a customer for life!

Sister company to Digitallab
Sister company to Digitallab, that takes on all their prints and film processing orders now. No need to worry!
Easy to use website and quick turnaround of my 4 x film rolls for develop, scan and print.
Slow to reply on email / socials but I called Digitallab and they were happy to help with a query I had.
No complains, would recommend.
