The ease of buying the policy.
I did not give full marks, as thankfully, I did not have a claim.
Though, I am not looking forward to, I do not know how claims are treated.

Very disappointing – intentionally complicated claims process

My experience with this insurance company has been extremely frustrating. It seems like they go out of their way to make the claims process as difficult as possible. The system is confusing and completely unintuitive.

They ask for an excessive number of documents, many of which are hard to obtain or weren’t clearly listed as required from the start. Even though I submitted all documents with my initial claim, they kept asking for more.

Instead of supporting the customer, they create the impression that they’re hoping people will just give up. I would definitely not recommend them – it’s a waste of time and energy.

A very pleasant surprise to see that the cost of my cover had not increased at all since last year.

I’ve been using this company for a few years now. The renewal process is straightforward and, fortunately, although I’ve not had to make a claim, I am sure that it would be equally straightforward. A sensible premium which is a small price to pay for peace of mind when renting a car.

Great but pity could not amend start date

Very straightforward. Reasonable premiums and on two occasions when I've had to claim, there's never been an issue.

Rather silly for a insurance company to request a review just after buying a policy. Sure, giving them money was easy and efficient. But the proof of the pudding is in how they handle claims, which I haven't had yet and hopefully won't.

I took out a policy and the process via their website was seamless, simple to understand and had the docs on hand right away.
I then needed to cqncel it before my rental started....and I got my full money back with no questions asked. Great!

Experience was very good ....but the Data of birth calendar can be improved....

When I needed the insurance company their online assistance system is very efficient and supporting.
As a long time client it was very easy to renew my contract online.

Excellent and very helpful service - but the need to justify my five-star rating with "tell us more about your experience" is irritating to the point where I was considering deducting one star from my rating.
