I'm up to week 3 now my skin looks great, cheek area and eye area have improved a lot. My skin is smooth nearly all wrinkles are gone. However my skin looks thinner, I'm concerned about the product harming my skin permanently if i continue to use it. Anyone experiencing this too?

I have been using this line of products for 6 months. I use the gel cleanser, anti ageing serum, retinol and lightweight moisturizer. Occasionally I use the glycolic peel. My skin has never been better. After turning 40 I wanted a simple straightforward anti-aging skin care routine. Riversol is exactly that! My skin is moisturized and evenly toned. The lines on my forehead are all but gone and my eyes aren’t too far behind. I did not expect a miracle but Riversol exceeded my expectations. I did not experience any allergic or otherwise adverse reaction at any time using these products. Online purchase and delivery has always been trouble free. Product is packed securely to avoid damage and leaks. I have not had to reach out to customer service as of yet so I cannot speak to response time and level of care. However I can confirm this company is legitimate and that the products are effective.

I would give it a 5. Nothing works like it. Reasonably priced

I absolutely love the Riversol product line. I have workrd for Chanel and la mer and used their products which are great. I'm 78 years old and didn't think at my age any produck would make a difference. I've been using Riversol dor 6 weeks and I can't praise it enough. I get compliments about the tightness and glow constantly. and my skin is so soft. I love it.

I am in the sample period of use right now day 4. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time. Today after my cleaning moisturizer and anti age serum I turned on the spot light because I noticed my face looked different. To my utter amazement my fine lines around my lips and eyes are vanishing before my eyes. My skin feels tighter and the glow is dazzling. I am a frequent flyer of all the different skin care products like go pure and agency. I have seen more changes in days of use of the Riversol than months of use of the others. I am so excited to imagine how my skin will look in the coming weeks. If you’re on the fence with this one do yourself a solid, and try the samples first. There’s a reason they offer the sample that others don’t. They know what they have!

My experience with this company has been awful! I liked the product samples and decided to place an order, but I encountered an issue and needed to contact the company. Despite trying to reach out via their website, phone, email, and chat for three days, I've received no response. I'm starting to question if this is even a legitimate company. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Beware!!!

I just received my sample today. I have scoured the internet looking for REAL reviews. I’m concerned with applying this to my face due to the mixed reviews. One person wrote they had to go to their doctor to get medication to help with the burn on her/his face. I’m going to start by doing a test on the inside of my wrist. Hopefully this product will work as described and not as some of the horrific reviews have stated. I will continue my review after using the product.

Trying to return products I purchased. They are very difficult to deal with in terms of returns.

The first five day application to start the sample kit badly burned my face and neck to a point that medical intervention had to be sought.
A doctor checked the ingredients and questioned why alcohol was in it and it did not come with a warning.
A prescription for a topical steroid was issued to counter the inflamed skin.
A patch test should be used first for the kit claiming to fight facial redness.
Just to add clarity the severe burns to my face occurred in the first 4 days of step one. Although alcohol is present as you move forward with each step, it is more present.
The first 5 day intro is cleanser and moisturizer. The moisturizer was the cause of the severe reaction.
You refer in your response that alcohol assists in the anti aging formulas. However, this was not an anti aging program. It was for rosacea treatment to reduce redness and alcohol does not reduce redness in sensitive skin, but irritates it.

I've been using Riversol products for quite a few years now and love them, I will be 63 May 4th and I've been told so many times I don't look my age, people say I look 50, can't be any happier.

I honestly do not know why these aren’t 5 star reviews. I’m shocked that the reviews are only 4 stars. I’ve been an esthetician for 20 years now, and Riversol by far has some of the best and most affordable products. Their glycolic peel and anti-aging serum are by far my favorite. Riversol has some GAME CHANGING products when it comes to skin care for ALL skin types. Their products are by far high quality. Coming from working for only cosmetic dermatologists as a medical esthetician, I strongly vouch that these products are to die for. I give their products a 10/10 rating!!!

The size of the sample was unexpected! It lasted for almost 2 weeks!!! Very pleased with that. Georgina is really sweet and helpful , the products are excellent

I just have to say there is a great difference in the use of these products. I love it all my face feels tight,there's a glow,and yet it's baby soft. My wrinkles around my mouth are less noticble. And my neckline looks a lot better than at the beginning. Not much I can do about the loose skin on my neck. Thank you for this product. And for the samples. I'm about to reorder Anti aging reparation serum. Love this one.

I’m just excited that’s why I am writing this review just after 3 days using refreshing facial gel cleanser for sensitive skin and daily moisturizing cream. After using the cleanser for first time I noticed the difference.it removed all my makeup with first round and ooo..my god …the glow on my skin was flawless.I will update more after 1 month for sure… stay tuned :)

The skin cream isn't anything over the ordinary, it works fairly well, but the website is sketchy and honestly dont trust their pay method. I dont trust it and will be sticking to another brand.

I've suffered with facial redness and occasional adult pimples for a long time. I’ve lost count of the skincare products I’ve tried, including prescriptions. Riversol is the only product that has cleared up my skin.

I was skeptical when I first ordered the free trial sample. It didn’t clear up my symptoms completely but the products impressed me enough to order the redness serum and the anti aging set. After 6 months of use, I’ve noticed my face is no longer red. People have commented on the change, it’s that noticeable. My face overall looks revitalized. Even my neck looks better. I’m 58 and have not always been a sunscreen user.

I’ve recently ventured into their mask, retinol and neck cream. So far so good. I believe I’ve found my product.

Everyone can react differently to various brands so I’d recommend you try the free trial pack first because it’s a bit expensive. For myself, it’s worth the price for the results I’ve had.

I have been using the 15 day trial and I have noticed my skin feels smoother and is starting to look smoother. It clearly states on the package you will not see full results in the 15 day trial period so my deep forehead wrinkles are still there but don't look as defined. Definitely thinking about ordering the full size products... Also mine has been lasting a little longer than the 15 days.

My skin definitely feels softer. I'm not seeing much change otherwise. The 15 day trial doesn't provide 15 days worth of use. I think this will deter people from buying the product.
