I have been using Riversol’s products for a while and my skin looks better. I had a bit of acne and dry skin but their Acne comprehensive treatment as well as the concentrate for dry skin did wonders.

I found Riversol randomly. Their products, their story and their founder (Dr Rivers) are amazing. Vancouver born and raised, super innovative products using natural ingredients. Highly recommend.

Had the trial samples found a very improved skin tone I am over 79 and any improvement is great .

I was really excited to try Riversol products. Although the sample package took over three weeks to arrive, I still went ahead and placed a full order because the reviews were mostly impressive.

Unfortunately, the shipping experience has been extremely disappointing. Long delays make it difficult to justify future purchases—especially in Alberta, where winter temperatures can drop well below freezing. I’m genuinely concerned about how that affects the quality of skincare products sitting in transit for so long. I reached out with constructive feedback suggesting they consider using a courier service for more reliable and temperature-safe delivery. Instead of receiving a personalized response, I got what was clearly an automated reply directing me to my tracking number. It felt dismissive and didn't address any of my concerns.

While the products themselves may be good, the overall customer experience has been poor enough that I won’t be ordering again.

I'm in day 10 of using the 15 day sample kit for sensitive skin and my skin looks and feels better than it did in my 30's. This stuff is AMAZING. If I could I would give it 5,000 stars. Thank you Riversol. I will definitely be ordering more products from you.

skin products are very good , it really improved my facial skin and wrinkles around the eyes

One thing I would like to mention, the pump style products dont throw out when the pump makes it look empty , take of the top and just squeeze it out lots more product inside , especially the Retinal one and the retinal neck cream

I ordered the sample pack. It was ok and I was looking for a new product, so I thought i would give it a try . I ordered a couple of products, and I found they dried out my face and I had to apply a different product to have my skin feel good. I will not order anymore products . Not happy .

I purchased the Riversol trio—Hydrating Cream Cleanser, Anti-Aging Reparative Serum, and Daily Moisturizing Cream—hoping for a gentle, natural skincare experience. What I got instead was a chemical-laden nightmare.
From the moment I opened the containers, I was hit with an overpowering stench that reminded me more of fertilizer than anything remotely botanical. Riversol proudly claims their products are made with natural ingredients, but the smell alone tells a very different story. It was sharp, synthetic, and deeply unpleasant—exactly what I try to avoid in skincare.
The cleanser, supposedly designed for sensitive skin, felt harsh and left my face tight and uncomfortable. The serum had a sticky texture and didn’t absorb well, and the moisturizer did little to hydrate—if anything, it made my skin feel more irritated. For a brand that touts dermatologist-developed formulas and gentle ingredients, this was a complete letdown.
I expected better from a company that charges premium prices and markets itself as clean and science-backed. Instead, I got a trio of products that felt like they belonged in a lab, not on my skin. If you’re looking for truly natural skincare, I’d steer far away from Riversol.

Tried their (15 day?) free trial samples in early 2024 and was impressed, especially with the Daily Moisture cream. Have thin, aging skin still prone to breakouts (as soon as I don't drink enough water) and was impressed with how the products left my skin feeling, without reaction. Had to wait for a sale to bundle and the eye-repair treatment is a winner. The Retinol product is effective (speed of skin improvement might depend on how dramatic the skin-turnover is that one is willing to deal with - as I discovered my first time - and adjust your application(s) accordingly). Customer service has been good, although I've had no significant issues to deal with. Their free makeup kit is elegant, too.
Await another sale to try their Corrector V2.

I initially received a sample pack and I found the products to feel nice on my skin, especially the moisturizer which did its job on making my face soft and supple. I did find that the reparative serum made my skin tingle with a burning sensation after the first couple of uses as long as I use it every day. I would have to say I recommend this product but I have gotten better results with different brands than Riversol.

Very disappointed. Riversol promised free samples, so I filled out the form and provided my personal information, including name, address, and email. Then I received an email saying my order was canceled because I supposedly used a “non-official” promotion site — even though I followed a promo link!
So in the end, they got my information, and I got nothing. No samples, no apology — just a cancellation and a push to buy full-sized products.Feels like a scam to collect personal data. Totally dishonest and misleading. I was genuinely interested in the brand, but this left a very bad impression. I won’t be dealing with them again.

I received the free samples and have been very impressed with them. I ordered the anti-aging set and the eye cream on July 16. Today is Jury 28 and I still haven’t received them. The tracking number I was given shows they haven’t left Vancouver. I live in Florida and even using snail mail it shouldn’t take this long. I have notified my sales representative twice with no response. I am hoping I didn’t get scammed here

I very much like the product in order some after I got the samples. I went to re-order and found that the shipping was half the cost of the product so I will not continue. In this day and age in competition that is absurd. I’m sad to see though

I recently used their anti redness free trial kit. I started off with the cleanser and moisturizer as instructed and seemed ok but as soon as I introduced the anti redness serum my face broke out horribly. Very very red and full of pimples. Do not recommend!

I received a sample of the anti-aging kit for combination skin and I have to say I'm impressed, I just put an order for the full size kit.
I have rosacea and I was not able to use any anti-aging products on my skin anymore without getting a lot of skin irritation.
Well these products work and I had zero irritation. I don't even have to use the prescription cream for rosacea from my dermatologist.
So yes get the samples and give it a try, it is worth it.

Terrible company with terrible practices. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Have been a loyal Riversol customer for a few years, but they changed their formula of the cleansers this year and didn’t inform their customers. When I used the new formula, it created nightmares for me due to rash, breakouts and constant burning sensation. I went to their community Facebook group and learned of the change. They pretended to be transparent by then informing their customers in the group after an abundance of complaints, only to say they would sell a limited batch of the old formula and update people on that in a couple of weeks. Well, a month later they said they had one of their 2 cleansers ready for limited sale. Numerous customers said they were looking for new brands and brought it into the group discussion. At that point, Riversol banned and blocked them from the group. I sent them an email and it was just ignored. So apparently if you don’t have anything good to say, Riversol doesn’t want to hear it nor do they want to do anything to fix it. Very disappointed after my years of dedicated support, especially for the cost of this brand.

I’ve been a loyal Riversol customer for years and have generally been satisfied with the quality of the products. However, I was very disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered the Anti-Aging Reparative Serum and received it unsealed—unlike previous orders, which arrived with the pump packaged separately in a plastic bag. This time, the pump was already assembled on the bottle. According to the product description, it should be used within 12 months after opening. Since there was no seal and the pump was already attached, there’s no way for me to know whether it was tampered with or when it was actually opened.
When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the product was assembled in March 2025, but I only received it at the end of May 2025—meaning I’ve already lost two months of usage time. More importantly, an unsealed product that may have been handled is not something I feel safe applying to my face.
To make matters worse, Customer Service informed me that if they sent a replacement, it would likely be the same unsealed version. No other solution was offered, aside from suggesting I file a complaint.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I no longer feel confident in recommending Riversol to friends, and I’m now considering switching to a different skincare brand.

The new gel cleanser formula has Castor Oil and it smells nasty when using! Will not use again! And they have nothing to help out! I guess that tells me to go to another brand! Sad so sad i love the product, I did!

Wow!!! 🤩 Got a very generous sample that took a bit of time to arrive but started to use it and was blown away. I’ve now placed my first subscription order and plan to use this ongoing. Love the way it feels on my skin especially the anti age serum.
