Loan sharks, I have received penalties of more than 100% of an item value within a few months.
Instead of contacting via email or phone they send physical mail to Spain!! that comes delayed after the deadline.. Only option to pay for the penalty.

Despite receiving a payment reminder via email and promptly settling the outstanding balance by the specified deadline, I continue to receive notifications indicating a late fee, which is progressively increasing.
