Puppets and Muppets

I've had the displeasure of dealing with Riverty Netherlands in connection with Easypark NL.
Their customer service is all scripted and they unable to handle queries outside that. When you explain that they are work with incorrect information from their client (Easypark NL) they don't care and tell you to take that up with them. They only follow the allegedly money owed.

Riverty and Flex have wrong invoicing…

Riverty and Flex have wrong invoicing systems. These companies did not remove the returned products. The products are still in my payments list since November 2025. It looks like they do corruption.

Thieves and incompetent idiotes support…

Thieves and incompetent idiotes support department. I got a ticket with reminder fees but the funny part is that I haven’t received the ticket itself AND the reminders but they claim that they have sent all the reminders correctly. I am willing to pay for the parking ticket but the reminders I haven’t received. FYI the parking ticket was not on my windshield when I drove away from the parking place
