SCAM — DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
This was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Riverty ignored me for weeks and I never received any mail whatsoever, despite them repeatedly claiming they sent it.
Because of their complete incompetence and failure to communicate, they are now trying to charge me extra fees for a situation they caused themselves. I refuse to pay a single cent for their mistakes.
Their customer service is beyond useless, unresponsive, careless, and totally unprofessional. This feels dishonest and incredibly unfair.
I will never use Riverty again and strongly warn everyone to stay far away.

I have called both Riverty company today and I will tell you, they are not really bad but I spoke with one guy called Maura. I Dont know if I got the spelling right. He's from Poland. This guy has a listening hear and he never get tired of my dumb head. I used to be scared of speaking German when I call Customer care but this guy conquered my fear today. He made me understand I can explain anyhow I can while he digest it with wisdom. He was so patient,not like every other one that will tell u I Dont have the own day for you. One Thing I learn from him is that. Even if is just one client you attend to in a day. Leave them with joy in there mind at the end of the call. All my problem was solved after all. He was even telling me. Riverty is always there at our services. I was forced to ask him where he came from. God bless that Guy called MAURA.
