Riverty only sends the invoice once the digital billing information has been transmitted by the shop. This usually happens automatically when the goods are dispatched.

There's no way to pay via Apple Pay or…

There's no way to pay via Apple Pay or QR code. I have to enter the information myself, wasting time on it, and then worry about whether I entered everything correctly and whether the bank received the money. I can't see whether the item has been paid for or not.

You guys are the worst of the worst

You guys are the worst of the worst. I got charged for a premium subscription I never asked for. This happened when you guys took over. Now it’s going to a debt collectors office for a lousy sum of not even 13 euros! I keep telling you you charged me unlawfully. Your customer service agent had the emotional intelligence of a prawn and the person that handles my email case sends me to the debt collectors.

Good quality finds and smooth ordering — a few tweaks could make it even better

I’ve found some really great quality items on BestSecret at very good prices, and the overall experience, from browsing to ordering to payment, has been smooth. I appreciate the range of brands and how easy it is to discover new pieces.

There are a few small improvements that could make the shopping experience even better. More detailed filters (especially for fabrics) would save a lot of time when searching. The app interface also feels a bit dated and could use a refresh to make navigation more intuitive. It would be great to have the option to pay invoices with a credit card rather than being limited to direct debit.

Overall, though, I’m quite satisfied and will continue shopping here.
