One of the best decisions we’ve made as a small business is going to River for our telecoms and broadband service provision. They’ve subsequently helped us keep costs down across other sectors, most notably energy/utilities.
Really brilliant and personal service from every member of the team at River. Faultless, approachable and friendly - and you talk to people quickly, not spending hours on hold. Everyone at River seems to listen and to care.

River UK provide us with our fixed line telecoms, Lightstream internet services and electrical energy supply.

They are competitive, reliable and offer us great customer service across all sectors.

Their installer team were proficient and the transition from our previous suppliers was seamless - without any business interruption.

I cannot thanks guy and his team enough for handling our energy contracts. When the market prices began to escalate, we saved £1000's on our energy bills. Would have no hesitation on recommending River UK.

Darren at River is great, he is efficient and acts on tasks, and calls in a timely manner. The only improvement I could think of giving to River is ensuring phone lines are working after updates have been completed. We have found ourselves in trouble a few times and being unable to dial out or receive incoming calls.

We've had two disastrous experiences with VOIP systems in the past (with other providers) - so were nervous about giving it a go for the third time. We needn't have worried. The system works brilliantly, and has placed both of our Hull offices on a single network, which has proved popular with ,and convenient for, staff.

We moved into the social club and suppliers made it very difficult to agree energy contracts. River found us a great deal and gave good advice on our contract lengths. They also handled the switch over from EDF. Thank you.
