The flight experience was subpar but I was ok with it. Just be prepared for a below average but tolerable flight.
However, my luggage as well as most of other people came in destroyed. I contacted customer service, they gave me a list of things to submit. I submitted right away. They quickly responded saying Mohannad.Abdallah @rj.com will reach out to me shortly with baggage compensation. Then nothing - every week I followed up, no response. I sent emails everywhere I could. Posted on social media. Called. Nothing. Finally, I said I am submitting a complaint with attorney. Mohannad quickly responded with belligerent message that I will be compensated. This was a year after the flight and after I submitted my original inquiry. After I received compensation, I wrote to Mohannad.Abdallah @rj.com and copied various RJ customer service addresses that somebody with his level of disrespect for customers should not be in customer service and his behaviour is uncalled for.

Booked a flight to Beirut, the country is at war, l called the airline at their office in McGill, the manager name Abed was sarcastic and extremely unprofessional, emailed their office at the airport and their office in Amman asking them to cancel the flight and leaving the tickets as credit to be reused in the future, they declined and only accepted to do so by charging me 250$ penalty fees per passengers, I explained over and over that there is o war situation beyond any control, again in vein, they insisted on charging me 250$ penalty per passenger.
You might be looking to book this airline as it is cheaper than other, my advise to you, spend couple of hundreds a more and get your peace of mina better than saving couple of dollars and if something goes wrong you are stuck with incompetent employee and inhuman people that their prime Interest is how to take advantage of you financially.

Avoid this scam company. My ”seat” didnt have anything else than the frame which also has been welded afterwards. Crew didnt allow me to move even tho the flight wasnt full and customer support didnt care either.

I believe they partnership with other agencies to take our money and never refund it. Worse customer service ever. They simply would recognise your concern or even recognise you as a human being when you buy your ticket through an agency.

We had a connection flight from Erbil to London which supposed to be only 12 Hrs duration. However they delayed to 16 Hrs with the worst treatment.
negligence and dividing passengers in to two separate groups by giving priority to some nationalities and putting Iraqi passengers in the 2nd flight the late one is definitely discrimination.

A disappointing tale
A disappointing tale. Not sure where to start, I paid full business class fare only to be told days before that they will run an all economy flight. The ticket was booked months in advance and they were not willing to compensate straight away.
In flight, their crew does not know what a customer service is and the meal quality is extortionately poor. The lounge is a disaster so all in all not value for money.
I will not be booking again with RJ and dropping a few lines to save others from a disappointing experience and loss of value by not accruing the service one pays for.

Very bad service. I was not allowed to get in the plane even I was 4 hours before my flight in the airport. No one seems to want to help you. My flight was from Beiroet through Amman to Düsseldorf. But it was not save going to Beiroet at that time so I decided to fly from Amman. You can not make that decision by yourself, you hear the people from customer service saying. They prefer you dying than breaking the rules. I had to pay a fine of 550 JD. I refused at the first place. But I was thinking about my flight. Only 30 minutes left. Nobody want to help or look in you case. I decided to pay. I could not pay with my visa card and j didn't have a creditcard. My card didn't word at the whole airport. So I could not withdraw money and pay cash. Me waiting more than 6 hours in the airport. No payment with PayPal or any other online way was available. Very bad quality of services. Even the staff of the airline they were very rude. Get a card that works and then come back to talk with us. It will be my last time booking with this airline.
Scam. Will change the flight as they wish and still not refund anything
Extremely poor experience - we booked a flight Madrid -> Bangkok with a 3 hour stop in Amman a couple of months in advance. In that period they changed the flight 4 times, shifting it one day ahead, then one day back, then in the end expanding the stop from 3 hours to 2 days! Had to cancel and request a refund, but of course no one is refunding the additional hotel costs that we had to pay to accommodate for the constant schedule changes.
Never seen such lack of seriousness. Will never again even book with them. It's quite telling that the EMail doesn´t even contain a single word of apology.
Update: After a month the no refund was provided. Filing a lawsuit against them.

Twice I have used their flight twice I have sat at the back of the plane and both times. They serve the food from the front when they get to the back there is no options left. Same with food and drinks
Instead they save the food for the cabin crew. They told me no chicken left as I don't eat beef or veg but 10 mind later the cabin crew are eating chicken behind me!
I am never using you again will stick with other airlines and will tell all friends and family to stay away from an unfair airline that does not treat all customers equally. Just because of sitting on the back of the plane you miss out on your preferred meal choice!

I wish i had read the reviews before i book with the worst airlines called royal jordanian..
I have booked a ticket for my mother from dubai to madrid on 3/October/2023 which will be from dubai at 7:50 to jordan 9:50 than jordan 10:45 to madrid 15:25 however they changed the flight schedule from dubai 21:45 to jordan 00:15 then the next flight to madrid will be 10:45am so my mother have to wait almost 11 hours in jordan for her next flight, the problem was we havent received any information from them regarding this until the last moment at the airport (IMAGINE) , so my mom got panicked and it was a really really hard time for us i had no choice but to book (emirates❤️) ticket for her which costs me 600 euros then she flies peacefully and directly to madrid, then i start calling RJ but no one is there to answer and no single employee for them in the airport, so i had to keep calling then they finally answered with apologizing for the sudden delay and they promised to refund, since then im sending emails but i haven’t got any reply for them until now. its a long detailed review but it could be helpful for someone else, i don’t recommend the RJ airlines to anyone, do not waste your money time and energy, i have traveled a-lot never encountered such careless and unorganized company like this one, if i can do anything more then a review i will definitely do.

Even I had one bag delayed it came after 24 hours. The crew are very friendly and smiling. The meals were hot and delicious. I would highly recommend RJ airlines to my friends.
Worst experience EVER
Worst experience EVER, l flew from Detroit to Jordan and from Jordan to Lebanon, they lost my 2 bags , I have no idea where , tried to contact them and sent an email, no one even bothered to email me back, now I am in Syria and today is Friday, I have no clothes or anything else on me , so I have to buy everything from here, also I didn’t visit home from the past 17 years,, all the gifts I have for friends and family is in these bags, at least have someone to call me, I will never fly again with them.

The airline experience we had was disappointing
The airline experience we had was incredibly disappointing and left us deeply unsatisfied. Our 13-hour layover in Amman entitled us to a hotel stay for the night, but the airline refused to provide us with one without providing any valid explanation. Initially, the employee claimed there was a flight in between, which supposedly disqualified us from getting accommodation. However, when we questioned if we could take that earlier flight, he informed us that it was not possible.
Double standards in economy class
The airline is providing relatively a service that is pretty ok. But special meals where not served accurate. Some Jordanian people got in first stage Kosher meals and one child meal. We where sitting next to them and finally after asking i got the kosher meal (i ordered before flight) I ordered Child meal also, that the other child got in stead. My daughter did not got, could choose from the standard meal but she did not eat it at all. She left eating one banana and an apple. The other people left plane in Jordan so why should they have chosen for kosher meals, later they where give it back to the stewardess. So i wonder how they check the passenger lists? In some earlines they check on a printed list where someone is seated and if they choose for another meal then standard they come to bring. It even appeared that after wards the family that took the kosher meals got al kind of special treatments like extra drinks and cakes that stewardess brought to them. All those this family members where friendly they got a better service like a VIP while being in the same economy class cabin.
This was on the flight Amsterdam to Amman.
