Ordered a white collared shirt with a reminder on it. $55. NEVER DELIVERED!!

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful sparkly top for NYE. 1) it didn't come in time (as said) and 2) it wasn't even the top that I ordered! Not the best quality either. Since nothing came in the package as far as a return (and I believe the website said return/refund/no problem) I tried to find my receipt in my email. I'm sure I finally located it on my cc but NO MORE from this company. They are BS in my book! I won't wear this, or maybe I can rig up some kind of halloween costume, it's not worthy of of anything else. Oh, and I paid $40 for this piece of material

TOTAL SCAM!!! I thought I did enough research before I purchased but I guess not… I spent $146 for 4 tops that are too big and it took about 6 weeks to get this order… they told me to keep the tops and they would give me $28. Then I said no good and they offered me $46.. but still there is nothing so I’m out of luck no matter what. So annoying!!!

This company is not trustworthy ad their merchandise is substandard and looks so much better on Facebook and the website.
There is no company information on the website such as a phone number or location. The items I purchased were advertised on Facebook and the website as made in the USA, they in fact were made in China. When I emailed to request a return, they offered me $10 off the original $135 spent and told me the shipping would be high to send it back. When I told them twice this was not acceptable and asked them where their return address was they said Dubai! I promptly called my credit card company which issued me a credit. Kudos to Bank of America! Don't order from them!!

I ordered Dec. 6 and it arrived Jan. 5. They were not as advertised and they would not refund my full purchase. I spent $78 for two Christmas tops. They offered to refund me $12 for both. Awful experience.

The sweaters arrived just in time for Christmas. They are well-fitting, soft and warm, just like I wanted. The off-white sweater surprisingly has a darker off white on the neckline than the off white of the sweater itself. Odd, but I can live with it.

The website offered "free returns." I ordered 2 sweaters that arrive 3 weeks after I ordered them. They are too big and otherwise unacceptable to me. There was no invoice or any other document in the package. When I inquired (via email) about returning them, I was offered $8 and just keep the sweaters. When I said no, they upped it to $15 and then to $25. Or else I could return them - to Dubai - and pay the shipping. I said I'd accept $50, but did not get a reply.

I am happy with the looks of the tops. I haven't had a chance to wash and dry them yet, so we will see what happens!

Ordered 3 women's tops as Christmas gifts for my wife on 12/7.
Didn't receive the order until 12/27.
My wife tried on the tops and none of them fit - even though I ordered "mediums" as she usually wears.
12/31 - advised seller that none of the tops fit properly and needed to start the return/refund process.
First - the seller responded they would refund $15 and could keep the merchandise - but they don't fit! This went back & forth until, finally, they offered $60 (on an order total of $128.97) and, other than than, we would have to pay the "freight" back to the warehouse in Dubai!
I have filed a disputed charge with my credit card company.

This sweater looks and fits like you think it would based on the picture. Good quality and true to size (or maybe a tad bit bigger but not bad). I got a small and I am 5'4" and 125lbs

Pleasantly surprised with quality of these sweaters. Will buy more!

I love the outfits . They are soft and comfortable to wear all day. The fit is great .

I order 3 shirts and love them all, I was a little disappointed on how long it took which was over 3 weeks. I don't know if it was due to the holidays or not. I would consider buying from them again.

Order confirmation in early December. Merchandise never arrived. I contacted my CC to dispute the charge. Today I get notice that the items were shipped today. Watch this company closely.

i always order a 2X. one of the items i ordered is a tight fit not sure it is cut true to size

Very happy with my purchase; it looks exactly like the picture, the size is perfect and the material feels great!
I'll purchase from Rlole again and I recommend them.
