Real Men Apparel Company builds men's underwear that actually fits. Most men's underwear is designed as if every guy has the same body. That is a hundred-year-old mistake. So we built a fit system instead of a size chart. Every pair uses our ABCD pouch sizing. You pick your waist, XS through 5XL. Then you pick an A, B, C, or D pouch. That is 36 fit combinations in a single style, which makes us the most size-inclusive men's underwear brand on the market. Our pouch is external, not an internal flap divider sewn inside the garment. The body gets space, support, separation, and airflow instead of compression. The system came out of four years of product development. Over a thousand pairs bought and tested from around the world. Samples from more than 40 factories. Hundreds of revisions, some of them a single centimeter at a time. The results show up in the numbers. 95 percent of customers get the right fit on the first try. Our return rate stays under 10 percent, less than half the apparel industry average. 39 percent of our customers come back and buy again. We use premium fabrics, including 92% modal with spandex and 90% nylon with spandex, at $25 to $35 a pair. Comparable brands charge two to three times that. Custom fit, without the custom price. Designed for actual male anatomy
Designed for actual male anatomy, and with sizing options that can accommodate men of different sizes. Those of us with above average "packages" have long been uncomfortable in mainstream underwear brands. RMAC has given us options that are reasonably priced compared to other brands with large pouches.

Great product and company
I’ve tried countless brands and styles and this underwear is markedly better than all that I’ve tried. Material is very comfortable and design makes sense and allows you to be very anatomically naturally positioned.
I was a size off with my initial order and when I contacted the company for guidance, they offered a credit to get a replacement of my order in the sizing they suggested.
