Rob is the only plumber that we recommend to people. He fitted a new heating system for us six years ago, services our boiler every year and has helped us with many jobs since. He is honest, informative, highly skilled, punctual and tidy. He completed a job for an elderly neighbour of ours this morning and she's just called me to say how delighted she was with the recommendation.

Rob came to put 2 new sets of taps on, plus put in a new toilet.
One set of taps on the wrong way round.
Rob is a really lovely guy.
He used his mate who's not trained in plumbing.
I was let down by Rob on numerous occasions.
Takes weeks for them to answer an email.
Very disappointed.
I won't be using again.

Have used Rob's services on a couple of occasions. Can recommend as on both occasions the job has completed in a quick and efficient manner. Tidied up after himself so there was no need for a big clean up afterwards which is sometimes the case with some tradesmen. Reasonably priced.
