GLP-1 - lost 5 lbs in 3-4 months, and about half of my hair. They said the hair loss was "normal" and kept upping my dose of GLP. Finally quit because I'm extremely concerned the rest of my hair is going to fall out!!

I’ve tried gummy’s, different medicines, I’ve tried keeping my mind off of snacks, my portion control is awful so when I get started on this hopefully after my first couple of weeks it will start working for me

I signed up because my first delivery was supposed to be free and then charged after that. $299 is coming out of my bank account t that I did not authorize.

Prompt, clear responses to my questions. Process was very fast. It took 3 days from filling out online request for medication to shipment, with several back and forth questions. Very easy process.

This company is TERRIBLE. Don’t use them! They were not at all transparent that they charge you for $169 monthly membership that you must pay for in order to get the glp-1. They called it a “body program” which I wasn’t the least bit interested in, since I am in contact with my regular doctor etc. Since I wasn’t interested I did not click on that part which explains the membership costs. They advertise that the medication costs 299 which is a BIG LIE. Then, unlike the direct pharmacy through the manufacturer they increased the charge a whopping $100 to go up in strength level. The “membership “ consists of talking to a bot and not even being able to have a conversation. If you need help from a bot you cannot get it on Sunday and most of Saturday. Also, I know most people don’t care but NONE of the shipping and packaging (except the small box that holds the injection pen ) is recyclable.

Went online to order Zepbound and the process was very simple.

Very confusing. I think I’m paying $199 a month with the first month discounted. Then to find out after two months it jumps to $399. I probably won’t stay with RO. I’m on a fixed income and this is expensive.

They were very quick and asked alot of questions. I was slightly confused about the membership fee and the seperate fee for the meds. I only payed for the meds in the end.

I just ordered two days ago and received my order yesterday about to give it a shot later on today. I’ll keep you posted. Keep my thoughts positive on this whole procedure.

Horrible company ! Don’t buy from them . No customer service support only by text and it takes days to get an answer if you get one . Over charge and you do not get what you pay for .
