Payment confusion …
Was easy to understand except for the billing. I signed up for the 12 month plan not realizing that it would be one payment. It sounded like it would be a monthly payment not an annual payment. But other than that, it was perfect.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH RO
The Provider was knowledgeable, professional and patient centered. They answered all of my questions. The site was easy to navigate. I met with the Provider on Sunday evening and the prescription appears to be moving forward

Ro isn't worth getting into.. it says one price but they try charging you something different I signed up lost the $39 because it doesn't tell u until you're in its nonrefundable smh now that I've canceled membership and ongoing medication they still tring to get money out my account I've emailed them on several occasions to stop im not interested....

I’ve tried a few different online weight, loss companies and so far they’ve been great. They’ve been very tolerant of all my BS. I like that they bill monthly. You don’t have to make a commitment that’s great.
