Pretty scammy. They sell you on this $39 to "get started" but its really $149 "membership" after the first month PLUS PLUS!! the cost of the medication which they don't tell you up front, but they want your credit card number without telling you how much its going to be. How is that even legal???? If it IS legal, it probably shouldn't be.

My RX is going to cost me 470.00, plus what Ro is expecting? No way this is a scam

I used Ro for nearly four months, and my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.
First, the pricing model is a mess. It wasn't just a one-time jump—it felt like a consistent series of price increases month after month. You're constantly paying more, yet there is zero added value, better support, or improved service to show for it. It just feels like a subscription trap designed to squeeze more money out of you over time.
Second—and most importantly—the actual results were nonexistent. After four solid months of sticking with the regimen and paying inflated prices, I saw zero progress. You expect a company charging these kinds of recurring rates to deliver real, measurable outcomes, but Ro completely failed to deliver.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Between the relentless price hikes and the total lack of results, this was a massive waste of time and effort.

Excellent service. I really liked that I was asked extensive research questions regarding my medical history. The doctor that reviewed my medical questions and concerns was very knowledgeable. I got my GLP-1s within 5 days of starting my application and the directions were very clear. I am really happy with Ro.

The “membership fee” and the cost for the medication needs to stated that they are different because when signing up it looks like you get everything for $39.00 they first month including the medication. But once you sign up then your system goes into more details and shows different amounts for the medication. People should be able to see all the information up front first before signing up. Website is deceiving! I will be canceling before my first month is done!

TBH, I feel like I was frauded with a bate and switch set-up. Originally I was offered the compounded GLP-1 for like $99. I was happy to get that, I could afford the price. I went through with the the check out process and gave my CC number. And finished the transaction. Two dayslater I got a text asking basically asking if I was going to order. I checked my bank account the charge was only 39.00 I guess the membership fee, it was never mentioned in the process. I also got two or three texts saying I had been approved, by their Dr or whatever. This time the cost was now $149 for the compound. I decided to pay it but I wasn't happy the price had gone up. I felt swindled for sure.

I’m a registered nurse. I definitely was skeptical about Ro.com. However I am very satisfied with the enrollment process and a registered medical professional reaching out to me to clarify some items. It was then I knew I wasn’t just another number and someone actually reviewed my information.

Its cheaper than going to the pharmacy

I’m still not sure how much I’m going to pay for each month, membership fee and medicine fee?? I thought a doctor was going to let me know what would work best for me but nope I had to choose, so I picked the least expensive and now I have to give myself an actual shot?? Not a pen!! I truly hope this helps me but I have my doubts.

The process was so fast and easy! I was paying double the price for my GLP-1 and thought I would try Ro. I am so glad I did!!

At this point very informative. Alot of information to read . Fairly quick with responses. The one thing I forgot to ask if they work with my pcp from St. Lukes. Otherwise so far so good.

Very easy and transparent. They advertised options to reduce plan cost that were super easy to sign up for (vs some competitors the discounts felt less real)

Website was so easy to navigate and questions straight forward. Feel very professional and thorough.

After having to rely on AI customer service, my final request was to delay my first shipment but keep my $$$ so I
wouldn’t need to go through the lengthy approval process again.
Next thing I know my account is being closed and my $$$ refunded. WTH?

I’m using RO because TrimRX had a price with a pressure timer for a special price. I hate those pressure sales. When I let the timer expire, I kept checking back and getting different prices.

RO was pressure free and I don’t think it could have been any easier! The price is way cheaper than TrimRX! I was approved within a few minutes!

If you’re going down a weight loss journey using a GLP-1, I would highly recommend using RO!

Extremely easy to complete questions. Price is still high but lowest of all others I checked. Quick responses. Disappointed that I had to pay entire year up front. Not good business in my mind.
