The informative information that I received from Ro and follow up with rose doctor has been absolutely excellent my prescription was ordered in a very timely manner and I received my medication through row very quickly in in a timely manner couldn't be more pleased with Ro would highly recommend Ro two friends and family who would be in need of this type of medication.

Horrible at the Beginning! Also, Membership and medication charged seperately
I filled out the info with RO and gave them my credit card a few days ago. I have NOT spoken with a provider yet a package showed up at my door today. It is 2 MG and last I was previously on 5 mg needing to increase to 7mg. -This must be a joke as I haven't spoken with any of their providers to for RO to know what to send... I am requesting they pick this crap up and give me a full refund or I will dispute it with my card holder!

A very smooth and easygoing process!
My experience was very smooth and easygoing. It did not take long to hear back about beginning medication. I was given ample communication in different forms that was helpful for my treatment. While the medicine was still pretty expensive, it was cheaper than what I would have spent elsewhere. I am very satisfied with my experience so far.

Nearly double the price they advertised
simple process but $45 for dr review and then $145 per month for additional doctor review seems sneaky. Customer service kept saying they couldn't find my account even though I gave them my acct number and invoice number (and had been charged). Not the worst company but, not upfront and clear with pricing.

This was one of the most misleading and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any service.
From day one, I was told the medication would cost around $69. That was completely inaccurate. With the required membership and all the added costs, I ended up paying close to $600 per month. That’s not a small difference; that’s a completely different reality than what was promised.
After 3 months and thousands of dollars spent, I got virtually zero results. The medication only seemed to work for about one week, then completely stopped having any noticeable effect. Whether this is due to poor quality, improper handling, inconsistent dosing, or lack of proper guidance, I don’t know — but that’s exactly the problem. There was no accountability, no clear answers, and no results.
This felt like a bait-and-switch from the start. Overpromised, underdelivered, and extremely overpriced for what you actually get.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before signing up. In my experience, this was a complete waste of time and money.
