The application was so easy to go through, and you feel comfortable answering the questions honestly. There's no one to make you feel bad or uncomfortable about your weight and why you need the assistance of the medication.

Package received vial almost empty

I just received the vile of semaglutide and it was almost empty. The needle didn’t even reach the medication. Since there’s no way to talk to anyone I have sent them an email asking for an explanation.

I was blown away by the support that Ro…

I was blown away by the support that Ro offers from the beginning to now. A real MD views your request and is the one to sign off on the prescription. Tutorials are led by an actual MD, and they provide real oversight.

So far so good

So far so good, the product came quickly and it looks great and doesn’t taste bad but I’ve not had any issues since taking it but I was told to wait three to five days and today is just my second day! But I’ll see 😁

Non refundable after 3 days of renewing…

Non refundable after 3 days of renewing membership, and took 3 days because Ro does not answer messages ASAP usually a wait of 1 day for side effects messages and 3 days for regular messages. Customer service is horrible. After I am unable to continue my 2nd refill of medication due to insurence price changes, their "insurence conierge" is no help at all- they only recommend saving cards or third party websites that you can find if you google it. First month paid $25 second month $650 asn't able to continue but I dont watn their "services" i am unable to get my medication it is very unfair it is nonrefundable as I have been dealing with my insurence and pharmacy that tried all they could but had to wait on Ro.

The guidance from my physician and…

The guidance from my physician and customer service. The pricing was straight forward and much more affordable than other places. I've never tried the medicine due to hidden costs and pricing. Thank you for providing all of my options, pricing and information up front!

This is a complete rip off

This is a complete rip off. They charge a fee of $45 before any information is given about the cost of the program. If you don;t pay the $45 then they WILL NOT tell you if you qualify and how much it will cost. Then after being shady about the cost of the program (they not only charge for the medication but they also charge a monthly fee. If you don;t agree with the price or you no longer want to continue they KEEP the $45!!!!

Signed up and qualified for the medication through there survey to be only spewed some bullshit. Never got the medication and you have to cancel else you will get charged 145 a month fir somebody to check in on you. Its extra to get the medication.

Extremely delayed medication after I paid my menbreship and medication

In the beginning every thing was smooth..They approved me and send my medication in overall time..to refill my medication ,to be approved for the second refill took more than 5 days ,of course I already paid the second membership (145 dollars).They approved my second refill (199 dollars )I already paid for that..is been more then 10 days ..I m out of medication,still waiting for the delivery,costumer services just answer generic ,questions go to other company..don’t waist your money or time..is obvious they are playing with our money

I was on the program a little over two…

I was on the program a little over two months. Their customer service and follow-ups are good. Unfortunately, for me the program did not work. I lost no weight, despite eating significantly less due to the medication. What made me stop was that I developed hiccups. Their Support team was unable to find a remedy and my hiccups worsened. So much so that I was unable to sleep. Whenever I eat anything, I would start with hiccups almost immediately. It’s been three days since I stopped the medication and my hiccups persist.. I am 65 years old and I don’t recall having hiccups for probably decades prior to using this medication, I am otherwise healthy with no previous gastric issues. As a sidenote, the only way I could slightly control the hiccups was with a Valsalva manoeuvre, by taking a big breath, tightening my core muscles and performing 8 to 10 push-ups.
