Wolf moon tent 5xp

Wolf moon tent 5xp. Appears good tent. However. No real useful instructions to explain setting up. Cannot see any colour coding on the tent as advertised or details on pegging ground sheet and setting of storm guard guy rope system.
No videos or help on the Robens site.
Customer service response was laughable. Sent me a link to YouTube video of another family struggling to set it up again with no instructions.
Cheeky given the tent costs over £900 still being sold today

Robens Cima Versa 3

Purchased a Cima Versa 3 for accommodating two people. Also bought 2 off Tarp Clip Poles for opening the front door. After a weeks use can highly recommend. Will also be using this tent for trips on a motorbike/

Glitchy webshop experience

During checkout the eligible free shipping was not made available, and the discount code provided for signing up to the newsletter was not accepted. I proceeded with the purchase and sent an email to the support team who responded quickly saying that a refund would be offered, and confirmed when the item was delivered. Which it was. So the overall outcome was good, but it wasn't ideal, hence dropping a star from a three-star which would indicate a process that went just as expected. Certainly not a 4 or 5 star review indicating going above and beyond.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Parcel has gone missing with loads of expensive items! Contracted couriers and contacted the company themselves with no response! Going away in a few days and had to buy more equipment

My experience with this purchase was a Paso Flex tent

My experience with this purchase was a mixed one. Unfortunately, the initial delivery faced significant problems with GLS. The package, a tent, was incorrectly weighed by GLS, leading to it being returned to Denmark (or it never left Denmark) and causing considerable inconvenience and delay.

However, I must commend Robens' customer service team. They were highly active, responsive, and proactive in addressing the issue. They diligently sought a smooth solution, arranged for a new shipment, and ultimately ensured that I received the tent in time for my holiday.

While the initial delivery failure was disappointing, the excellent customer service mitigated the frustration and led to a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the situation.

I still haven't received my goods

I still haven't received my goods - tracking not updated since 14th June, so it's likely I won't receive the equipment I need before my trip.

Hunter stove - Great but...

Bought the Hunter stove, great item, great quality. But...there is no tool included to open the stove top or to remove the ash tray. Furthermore, they do not sell a tool seperately so I have had to try and find something that'll do the job...
